The Moon Turning to Blood - Light and Dark

Agreed, the Anti-christ, has a 'deceitful bow', I also believe the Anti-christ comes 'first' as in Genesis evening comes before morning. My conclusion is that Rev 6:1-2 is talking about the Anti-christ within the understanding of "evening, darkness, night.". However, within the understanding of LIGHT/MORNING - I see in Rev 6:1-2 the true JESUS Christ as in Psalms...

Are you saying the rider represents both?

The WORD of God begins our understanding of the scriptures, first using the form of EVENING - being darkness, natural, literal, earthly. Second, truth also comes through MORNING - being spirit, spiritual and symbolic. If you see these different than I do...that's OK, it does not make either one of us right or wrong...God is the judge. He knows how much has been revealed to you - I don't KNOW that.

WW, how do you see the BOW in Psalms...?

  • Psalms 7:11-13
11 God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.
12 If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready.
13 He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors. KJV

There, the "bow" is a weapon, as is the sword but in Revelation the bow with the rider is a rainbow. I see it as the fake rainbow. The true Christ will be surrounded with a true rainbow. [Revelation 4:3]

OK...Put Revelation 4:3 with Revelation 19:11

  • Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and
he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True,
and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.KJV

    2 Corinthians 10:3-4
3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God
to the pulling down of strong holds;) KJV

WW...I believe the 'true light' dawns on the Second seal / Day 2 of creation ... when the waters are separated from the waters - the 'RED HORSE' takes peace from the EARTH...thereby, spiritually I now LIVE in HEAVEN!

  • 2 Peter 1:19
19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: KJV
. . . . :amen

Amen! I agree that the true light dawned on the second day but not that He was represented by the red horse. All those horses represent evil to me.

Correct WW, at least partially, it's the colored horses that represent the evil....the evil that is in me/us NATURALLY...that which we don't see correctly because the darkenss with which we are born does not comprehend the light!

  • John 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light,
neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved
    . KJV

:headbomb Okay...I need to read back over this and sleep on it. Maybe it will be clearer in the morning. I agree with the time thing and that God had this plan from the beginning but I don't understand the red horse, actually either of the horses. How can the white horse be both Satan and Jesus? And, how can the red horse kill, take peace, etc. and yet be associated with the dawning of the Light? :confused

It would be better said of the Second Seal the 'RED horse' slays with a SWORD (word of God) and takes peace from the 'earth'. God created Satan to destroy.... How else would I/we be able to dwell in 'heaven' while my/our flesh is still on earth...? How or by what means do 'I die daily'...?

:-) I hope it's OK as this is too esoteric for my old brain to comprehend.

In comparing [Rev.4:3] with [Rev.19:11]....they are the same Being. This is our Savior. This is not the same rider depicted in [Rev.6:2]. That first rider pretends to be Christ with his fake rainbow, also riding a white horse and with a crown (power to rule) that was "given unto him" by whom?
Remember, the fake comes first for his great tribulation and then...."immediately after the tribulation of those days...then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven:....and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven." [Mathew 24:29-30] The first rider on the white horse is the one bringing his great tribulation.

That I can understand. :yes Satan is here for that purpose and he is the servant of God but I don't see the horses, including the white horse in [Revelation 6] as having anything to do with Christ for they are the opposite of Him. God uses them, God allows them but they aren't Jesus.

OK... I think this is coming more clear! ... :study

Rev 6:2 ...white horse & rider = evening/darkness/night (antichrist/satan) of/in Gen 1:5
Rev 4:3 & 19:11...white horse & rider = morning/light/day (Christ) Gen 1:5

As the rider of the white horse in Rev 6:2 is the 'fake' (anti-christ)... then the serpent in the Garden of Eden - tree of knowledge, is the antichrist as well... as both are deceivers.

Several times the thought has come to me that all 6 'evenings' in the creation story of Genesis have the characteristics of 'antichrist' but it seemed so ridiculous to the way I was brought up, I just couldn't write it down ... :shades

Yes...everything that is 'of Christ' will be seen 'IN Christ' .... :amen

Thank you for pointing that out for I never noticed the "6 evenings" before. As you said before, every word should be taken into account. Same with "morning." There are two morning stars as there are two riders on white horses.

  • Isaiah 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

Revelation 22:16 "I Jesus have sent Mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright and morning Star."

I have wondered about the following verse. Which "morning star" does He give His elect? Does it mean we receive Jesus in us, which does happen, or is it saying....He gives us the fake morning star (his workers) to "rule with a rod of iron?"

  • Revelation 2:27-28 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of My Father. And I will give him the morning star.
:confused

In the story of the prodigal son...the FATHER has TWO sons! The elder son stayed home and the younger son took his inheritance - squandered it in riotous living , then repented and returned home. The father gave a feast for the return of the younger son, but the elder son would NOT come in to the FEAST...

  • Luke 15:29-30
29 And he [the elder son] answering said to his father, Lo, these many years do I serve thee, neither transgressed I at any time thy commandment: and yet thou never gavest me a kid, that I might make merry with my friends:
30 But as soon as this thy son was come, which hath devoured thy living with harlots, thou hast killed for him the fatted calf. KJV

Though I had not put these verses together before, I now perceive the 'son of the morning' in Isaiah 14:12 and the morning star of Rev 2:27,28 are similar - and both come together in the 'elder son' as illustrated in Luke 15. Here the elder son claims the inheritance based on HIS own obedience of lawkeeping! He says his younger brother has spent his inheritance in riotous living with HARLOTS...

Beyond that, WW...I believe the 'MAN CHILD' that lives on this EARTH, believes in law, and will literally rule with a rod of iron according to LAW (not grace). This man child has the same understanding about the FATHER as does the 'elder son' stated in Luke 15.

The 'MAN CHILD' that is IN CHRIST' spiritually lives in 'HEAVEN' and is given a 'SWORD' (Word of God) as in the 'two-edged sword' of Heb 4:12. Then there is the 'STONE' that crushes IRON, the 'stone that is cut out of the mountain' WITHOUT HANDS! ...The elect have that 'stone' (grace) and with it IRON becomes CHAFF and is blown away in the wind...

  • Daniel 2:34-35

34 Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the
image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.

35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold,
    broken to pieces together
    , and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors;
and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them:
and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth. KJV
