Imagine someone celebrating their spouse's birthday on the date of their ex's birthday.

Or a murderer killing a spouse, and then the other celebrates their spouse on their spouse's murderer's birthday.
What does this have to do with celebrating the resurrection of Jesus?

yes, Easter the Holiday is Pagan, and Steeples on Churches are Phallic symbols related to "spring".
