This is rather a long post. Hopefully not to long?
However, if Jesus II/the son of Man is going to return. I think it should follow the below-listed principals that are quoted from my book "The Last Call to Witness" (TLC). See and say what you think.
PRINCIPALS ENCOMPASSING HIS RETURN
God has been planning the return of His Son from “in the beginning.†For this plan to be meaningful, it must be executed exactly as prophesied. TLC has hypothesized that there are ten principles encompassing the return of His son. In reality, TLC will prove that God and His son have kept their covenant and that His return was prophesized right to the letter. The ten principals of His return are:
1) Keep it Simple
2) The Revealing of His Face
3) Uphold the Prime Directive
4) Return Now in History
5) The Purpose of His Return
6) Come as a Thief in The Night
7) Seen by His Actions
8) Ironic Things Said
9) Live a Similar Life as Jesus Christ
10) Employ Modern Technology
Each of the above ten principals are discussed below in Sections 1 through Section 10.
1. Keep It Simple
His return should follow the Keep it Simple principle. It should be transparent so that all man can exalt in His return once the pieces of the puzzle are assembled. Assembling these pieces does require considerable thinking and understanding. In actuality, it may be difficult for many people. In essence, to see and recognize Him and these events you must be able to understand the complete plan/picture. If you do not have the appropriate understanding of this plan first, then you will not be able to see Him/Them. This is one of the primary things He is trying to teach us: we must know and understand him and what He stands for before we can see Him.
Obtaining this appropriate understanding requires education. TLC has tried to provide this initial education in a logical step-by-step progression so you will be able to see these things. Therefore, the more education you get, the more you will understand and the more you will be able to recognize His hand and His events at work.
Using these 14 puzzle pieces TLC is able to assemble the puzzle of His return and Plan for man by using common sense, wisdom, valor, insight, and many key Biblical quotations.
The quotations presented are from the Bible(s) and current publications. The amount of literature that has been written on this subject is amazing (hundreds of books, papers and PHD theses); it is also amazing how twisted and complicated it has become. These scholars have had their heads in the clouds, looking in the wrong direction and going down the wrong path. That wide path has led away from the truth. Therefore, it is important to start with a clean slate and only use the word of God as found in various Bibles to interpret our observations. We must therefore have a good understanding of some words that are significant.
One of the key words the Bible employs is “revealed,†which means “to expose to view what was hidden, to divulge a secret or mystery.†It should be noted that if something is hidden, it has been there all the time. Please try to understand that when you consider all of these events Christ and the Two Witnesses will be revealed to you, just exactly as the Bible stated and prophesied.
2. The Revealing of His Face
Today, if He returned in a spaceship or in the “Jesus Christ Super Star†scenario, He would be mobbed and interrogated and our scientists would have 144,000 thousands of questions for him. (Does this scenario conform to what the word “revealed†means?) He would be requested and/or required to perform live on CNN; everyone would be dying to see one miracle after another. What would He say? “Oh, that...that was just another trick.†We would no doubt embarrass Him and ourselves. Do you think we would truly listen to Him this time? We didn’t before, did we? The emergence of His true identity must be discreet and fair.
We have been warned to watch, seek and stay sober so that we will not be deceived. If He were to return with great glory, riding on clouds, why all the advice? It would not take much wisdom and understanding to wake from your sleep, look up and see a huge object in the sky. Therefore, TLC has concluded that we have been commanded to watch (warned to pay attention, stay alert, monitor and consider carefully) and stay sober because if we don’t, we won’t find Him. This means that you will not find Him or see Him by accident in the sky, on TV or on the Internet or in Newspaper/Books. This means, in plain English, that we will have to search, observe, watch, be vigilant and apply wisdom and understanding if we would like to see Him. We must diligently seek Him. This means that if you do not look for Him (over, under, behind and then again) you will not see Him.
The many will not look for Him and the many will not see Him. It is up to you to watch. Sets of events will happen that will trigger His veil to rise, making it easier for us to see and know Him.
The two preceding paragraphs hypothesize that Christ and the Two Witnesses will not just arrive amidst the clouds, saying, â€ÂHere I am. I’m Mr. Christ and that is Mr. Witness #1 and that’s Mrs. Witness #2. Now let’s sit down in my office over there and talk.†To carry this thought forward, it would be very difficult to keep this information a secret. If you knew you were Christ or one of The Two Witnesses, and you were human, you would just have to tell someone. Very soon everyone would know and you would not be in control rendering you unable to have the space to demonstrate what you are about.
This may be a mysterious concept to contemplate; however, Christ and the Two Witnesses must not know their destiny: who they really are. Subsequently, some of their associated actions, words and/or events may be deemed divined.
3. Seen By All Man
Jesus Christ must be easily seen by all: “Every eye shall see Him including those that pierced Him.†He would not accomplish anything by wasting away in a jail or in the desert for 27 years. Someone would emerge from the desert one day and say, “I just talked to Him,†and we would all wail: “What about me? I never saw Him.†He must be readily seen by the whole world (“hath appeared to all menâ€Â_ as symbolizing:
1) son of Man
2) The Son
3) The Universe
4) Man
5) Lord
6) Messiah
7) The Cross
8) Savior or Redeemer
9) Love
10) Freedom
11) Equality of Man
The above metaphors should be apparent to every person alive. “They will see the son of Man coming.â€Â
Christ said (John 6:40):
“And this is the will of Him who sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up on the last day.†Please note that it could have said: “that every one who loveth the Son and/or who worships Him,†but it did not. It stated “seeth the Son.†Seeth the son and son of Man are mentioned many times in the Scriptures and therefore should be significant phrases or clues.
4. Fair to All Man
Jesus Christ’s return should allow all men to see and be exposed to His “plan,†or the concept of freedom. His revelations are not for the rich, the powerful or just the church. All men should have an equal opportunity to accept or reject Him and His plan. This should not be something very complicated, hidden in the Pyramids, in Bible Code, in the Stars, or something targeted for the Mathematicians (pi), Rabbis, Priests, or Ministers. To be fair to all man, the proof should not be a logic puzzle debating the exact definition of obscure words contained in the Scriptures. The proof should be transparent and logical with a meaning and purpose that can be seen, understood and known, once understood and recognized by those watching. However, if you are not watching and you do not understand, then you will not see Him.
This is the heart of the problem. If you are not watching and if you do not have the appropriate understanding and education, then you will not be able to solve the puzzle and see Him. He has deliberately and masterfully planned this. To see Him you must know and understand Him and what He represents, not just what you have been told by the church. Therefore, you may have to change your understanding so you will be able to see Him. The more incorrect concepts you have about Him, the harder it will be for you to see Him. At the point you do see Him, you will know, understand and be more like Him. As your understanding increases, so does the clarity and purpose of this plan.
To make this fair (to demonstrate to man the extent of his apostasy, the inability to see His face), His original life story should be repeated.
2. The First Chance: 2,000B.C. to 33A. D.
The Christians, the Wise Men and the public knew He was coming. They were waiting . The Christians, Prophets, Romans and all of the experts of Biblical Prophesy knew approximately when and where He was going to be born. They knew when, where and why, and none of them recognized Him. They did not recognize Him when He was born, they did not recognize Him during the 33 years of his life, and they did not know Him when they sentenced Him to death. They only knew after that event. Think about that. They did not recognize or know Him. However, they did see Him. After He was born, He traveled and demonstrated Section 4.2.1 above. Since He did not fill all of man’s expectations, He was not understood; yet He fulfilled 26 prophecies on the day of His execution and still they chanted “Give us Barabbas!†Has man really changed that much? TLC does not think man’s character or heart has changed and this saga could happen again today.
3. The Second Chance: 33A.D. to Present
For man to get a second chance (including those who pierced Him), the exact same saga of the first chance should be repeated as follows:
· The time of His coming should be prophesied
· Have a humble beginning, just as before
· Be persecuted
· Be a great teacher
· Teach and demonstrate the same fundamental principals: Love, Grace and Equality
· Be put on Trial
· Be sentenced to death (not likely in today’s times; therefore, life imprisonment)
4. Uphold the Prime Directive
The Prime Directive must be upheld. Most people know and understand the importance of non-interference (no alien assistance) and that man must learn things at his own pace, in his own way and in his own time. This principal is generally respected and recognized. It is common sense. This implies that Christ cannot be from another world.
5. Return Now in History
Jesus Christ will return one day. His return is accepted by the many. Five short passages from various books of the Bible supporting His return at some time are:
1) (1 Peter 4:7) â€ÂBut the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer."
2) (Hebrews 10:37) "For yet a little while, and He that shall come will come, and will not tarry."
3) (Rev 3:11) "Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown."
4) (Rev. 22:7) "Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book."
5) (1 Thess. 5:6) "Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober."
Jesus Christ will return now during this specific time in our history because He said He would. Many prophets also testified to this and predicted that He would return now. As prophesised, He must return when the signs converge. Some of these signs are;
· At a time of increased: wars, famine, floods, storms, plagues, volcanoes and earthquakes
· At a time of increased learning, education and travel
· Revival/re-establishment of the Roman Empire
From 1890 to 1910 there was one earthquake that registered 6.0 or greater on the Richter scale anywhere in the world. The number of earthquakes has increased geometrically per decade. In 1980, there were 51. From 1980 to 1990 there were 86 and between 1990 and 1994 there were over 100.
From the time of Christ to 1900, man’s knowledge doubled; from 1900 to 1950 it doubled again; and then every seven years, and in the sixties every two years. Today knowledge and travel are literally exploding.
The Roman Empire was re-established when the European Union issued a common currency.
Luke 21: 25-28
“And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars: and on earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectations of those things which are coming on earth, for the powers of the heaven will be Shaken. Then will they see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift your heads, because your redemption draws near.â€Â
The times are also approximately right:
· As stated in the Parable of the Fig Tree, describing the rebirth of Israel in 1948
· The six thousand year doctrine (every day is one thousand years) and the 70-week prophecy
· Talk of Peace and Security everywhere
Epistle of Barnabas:
“The lord will make an End of everything in 6000 years, and then will establish the 1000 year millennial kingdom as a kind of special sanctity.â€Â
Matthew 24: 32-34
“Now learn the lesson of the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see all these things, you know it is near, right at the door. I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.â€Â
Matthew 16: 3
“O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky, but can ye not discern the sign of the times.â€Â
Thessalonians 5:3
“For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."
On 15 February 2003, talk of Peace and Safety was indeed everywhere. On this special day, over 600 cities around the globe held peace demonstrations. This was by far the largest demonstration for peace that the world has ever witnessed. In many cities 1-2 million people demonstrated in the streets.
Zechariah 12-3
“And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.â€Â
We have been commanded to watch and to stay sober. Period. We were not commanded to watch and stay sober after any of the following significant events that occurred or will occur on a Global scale: WW1, WW2, the Tribulation, Rapture, the rise of Antichrist or after 9/11. This further supports the hypothesis that He is telling us the truth and we are that generation.
The “sign and the times†are signaling to this time period in our history and to our generation. Therefore, it may be valid to say:
1) We are indeed “that generation;†the signs and the times are here now
2) He will return now, with an underlying feeling that it could be at any moment
3) His return is imminent
6. The Purpose of His Return
The theme or purpose of His return is to give man a second chance at everlasting life, to reveal more about Himself and his Father and subsequently the universe, and to teach man by demonstrating:
· That He has given man a second chance
· The extent of our corruption
· That He is fair and just
· That man does not see, listen or understand
· That He is the Truth, the Light and the Way
· His Grace and Love
· That man is important
· That we still need Him
7. Come As a Thief in The Night
He will come as a thief in the night, exactly as He said. He will come covertly, in stealth, in the dark, possibly in a disguise, and will escape and steal something. He will come from a direction we do not expect. He will come in a disguise we do not expect. After all, that’s what thieves do. He will secretly sneak in to your house, not your barn, garage or stable, this is meant to be personal and He will escape. What will He take? This thief is accomplished, and has now stolen something personal. He warned us that we would be deceived. This means that we will be deceived. It will hurt; you will cry foul or make a prolonged scream. It will upset you a lot. You will be surprised, shocked and will not want to accept, recognize or believe it. You will not want to change the way you think.
The word “thief†implies secretly, unknown or hidden to the many. The word “night†emphasizes further that we will not see Him. So why will He come as a thief in the night? Because, in plain English, He does not want to be seen, by the many or by you. Why? Perhaps He is trying to teach you something. Therefore, because of His plan not to be seen, you will not see Him until He wants you to, until that time has come.
A thief usually takes something. You find out only because it’s missing, after it’s gone or after the fact. Therefore, He will come as a thief in the night with his Two Witnesses and we will only be able to identify Him or Them after the event has happened or after His seals and Trumpets have been opened and blown respectively.
He wants you to know only after the event has happened.
During these imminent events; we were watching the whole time, we never fell asleep, we were sober, and yet, still that thief got away. Oh God! Did we expect this event? Did we know when or where? Know who? No! These events are meant to surprises! This is meant to be a surprise befitting only of Them. This is meant to shock on a global scale. All this effort, the mysteries, the codes, and the secrecy is scripted and performed for a reason:
1) He wants you to know only after the events have happened
2) He wants you to feel surprised and/or shocked
3) Therefore, Believe it. You will be shocked and surprised
8. Seen by His Actions
For Him to lead the way, to make a statement and an everlasting impression on mankind, He should lead by example. Some of His actions or attributes might be:
· Respect and fame for being an advocate of human rights and equality
· Winner of a Nobel Peace Prize, seen and interviewed on television
· Possibly be a President recognized as a great leader
· Decorated for achievements by many countries in issues of human rights
· Hold 150-plus honorary degrees from countries all over the world
· Present papers to world leaders and address them as “Your Majesty, the King†or “Your Royal Highnessâ€Â
· Talk to the United Nations several times on issues of Human Rights, Freedom, Equality and World Peace
9. Ironic Things Said
He should want to be followed, loved, and recognized. He should say ironic things to give us additional clues and maybe if we search and work hard enough, He will give us some physical evidence, proof, something that we all could touch, hold and possess. TLC believes that He would say or do ironic things such as:
· “This is an ideal for which I am prepared to die,†“if I were human,†“destined for a high office,†“He too grappled with and died,†“ I was not a Messiah, but an ordinary man,†or “I do not believe in names or that my father somehow divined my futureâ€Â.
· Write a book. Talk immediately about His Father, and/or say “As readers will discover, this book has a long history.â€Â
· Write papers, etc. to teach love, freedom equality and peace. These papers would have clues to who He (his spirit) really is and would shed additional light on what he is really trying to say and teach us.
As specific sets of events unfold, His speech and actions should become progressively more incriminating, transparent and obvious.
10. Have a Similar Life as Jesus Christ
This person should have a similar life, character and heart as compared to Jesus Christ. If, as TLC believes, we are getting a second chance, then it makes sense to have everything repeated, exactly as it was two thousand (2,000) years ago. This would help to present His evidence/case and make our second chance more meaningful.
This person we are seeking should have a life something like this (as previously stated in Section 4.2.4):
· We know about when he is coming (similar prophecies)
· Be a great teacher of love freedom and equality
· Be outspoken and a troublemaker
· Accomplish great miraculous things
· Be sentenced to death (not likely in today’s times; therefore, life imprisonment)
11. Employ Modern Technology
This person should use all the tools of modern day technology and media to broadcast/herald His message(s), what He stands for and represents. Therefore, this person would write Paper(s), Book(s) and possibly have a World Wide Web Site. This World Wide Web Site could be very interesting.
To navigate this site you would click on pieces of a puzzle, which is shaped like a cross. One of the pieces of this puzzle would ask: â€ÂWhat would you like to say to him? Leave a message and sign your name,†and then this message posted (with the flag of your country, and your age) with the many other messages for the entire world to witness. This site could also have a counter or official ledger to log and count the faithful. The site could also give additional information about this person that would help to reveal whom he really is, if you searched diligently.
When we comprehend that it is not His return that is important, but rather what He has taught us about ourselves and Himself through the way he has emerged (how and why he came as a thief in the night, got away, what he took and why), we should be able to look back into His creation, understand His system of teaching in the Bible (the Trinity) and realize that He is in control. We should then understand, know Him and be able to deduct what He stole from us that night and why.
Comprehend that it is not His return that is important. What is important is the way in which He has returned, what He has taught us and revealed about Himself and God and why He is trying to teach us.
