My point is your trying to make it sound like the bible was wrong in this matter.

"However, the hebrew word is "yam", which also can refer to seashore. That is independent from the actual point i was making though - once one knows about lake and shore underwater springs, one can easily deduce springs in the ocean from this."
 
Sorry for the delay...i had forgotten about this thread.

I'm not trying to making it sound as if the Bible were wrong about this, just that it is inconclusive.

It can be read as a correct statement, but it's insufficiently specific to praise it as a great prediction.
