The trouble with our schools

And that's where the problem began plus not allowing to discipline kids anymore. No wonder many kids are like they are as they need their butts paddled like we got ours paddled when needed.

And that's where the problem began plus not allowing to discipline kids anymore. No wonder many kids are like they are as they need their butts paddled like we got ours paddled when needed.

True, true.

It's shocking and sad but this is the truth. At the school my kids go to the RE teacher is not a Christian. I'm not saying she should be but she does everything within her power in the lessons to debunk Christianity. She has great pleasure is telling the pupils it's a myth and been copied from other mythical religions. I've had to pick up the pieces when my eldest daughter has come home and challenged me. Praise God for some reason a couple of years ago he took me down the route of apologetics and every thing this teacher has debunked I have notes on.

That's why it is so important to teach the children about Jesus at home so they will be prepared for what they hear out in the world.

Furthermore I think we need to let them know what is out there in the world. I also think when they are ready, we need to answer the questions that we know they will face. Questions like "If God is loving why does he allow suffering"
"In the Old Testament why did God command slaughter of women and children?

The questions and rejections and ridicule that those who wish to ridicule our faith or cannot comprehend will throw at them.

Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
They can either be trained by the world, or by the word of God.

We tell our kids to listen to the teachers .. when we should be listening to the teachers .. I worked a couple schools and most every teacher was a liberal...
