There Will Be Only One Jew In Heaven
(Hint: Jesus Christ)
The history of mankind is replete with conflicts and hostilities over race, religion, ethnicity, culture, etc. Our struggle with the sin of pride, while prevalent in this world, will be eliminated in heaven. For in heaven only one person will have any remnant of their humanity retained. A humanity that ultimately has caused all of us to elevate ourselves over everyone else.
The one person in heaven that will still retain a human form will be Jesus Christ, God's son, who will be the only circumcised Jewish person left in the world since every person in heaven will have a new resurrected body and a new name. And Jesus Christ, since he will be the only Jewish circumcised person left in heaven, will also be the only person qualified to be our High Priest.
Many people today still worship their religious affiliation oblivious to the fact that Jesus Christ will be the only person who will retain any claim over any religious piety in heaven since Jesus Christ will be the only circumcised Jewish person in heaven.
Again, Jesus Christ will be a religion of one as everyone else will have a new resurrected body and new name that disqualifies everyone from any claim in the bible arising from the Old and/or New Covenant of God.
Every person who believes in Jesus Christ will have a new resurrected body and a new name in heaven so that nobody can claim an exclusive affinity or privilege with Jesus Christ. Every person in heaven will have the same standing with Jesus Christ irregardless of our religion, nationality, or ethnic background down here on earth since all of those particular human determinants will be lost forever when we receive our new body and name in heaven.
To be included in receiving a new body and name in heaven then just believe in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ who is God's own son, God become man, and you'll receive forgiveness of all your sins that will quell God's wrath forever.
God Bless
note:
In regards to circumcision.....In Exodus 4: 24-26 describes what happened right after Moses had his first encounter with God and the burning tree, God sought to kill Moses.
Exodus 4:24-26New International Version (NIV)
24 At a lodging place on the way, the Lord met Moses and was about to kill him. 25 But Zipporah took a flint knife, cut off her son’s foreskin and touched Moses’ feet with it.“Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me,” she said. 26 So the Lord let him alone. (At that time she said “bridegroom of blood,” referring to circumcision.)
So if it weren’t for Moses' wife using a circumcised foreskin from their son (symbolizing the body and blood of Jesus Christ which is the only remedy for God's wrath), in order to quell God's wrath against Moses, the story of the Exodus of the Hebrew people out of Egypt, and the Passover events, would have been entirely different. Moses wife Zipporah saved Moses from God's wrath by using their son's foreskin symbolizing a belief in Jesus Christ.
Amen
Again, if it weren’t for Moses' wife using a circumcised foreskin from their son, in order to quell God's wrath against Moses, the story of the Exodus of the Hebrew people out of Egypt, and the Passover events, would have been entirely different. Moses wife Zipporah saved Moses from God's wrath and therefore fulfilled her role as a helper. For God created all woman to be a helper to man in order to carry out God's will. It is clear that Moses was remiss in following God's command that all newborn be circumcised on the 8th day. Here God was sending Moses to Egypt to meet the Pharaoh and liberate the Hebrew slaves so they could worship God and Moses wasn't even following God's own laws himself. This disregard for God in our own life while preaching to others about God is exemplified in the wrath that God had towards Moses. We are all guilty of this hypocrisy!
Examine our own lives first!
Luke 3:8New International Version (NIV)
8 Produce fruit in keeping with repentance. And do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham.
Matthew 3:9New International Version (NIV)
9 And do not think you can say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ I tell you that out of these stones God can raise up children for Abraham.
John 18:36New International Version (NIV)
36 Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place.”
Hebrews 4:14New International Version (NIV)
Jesus the Great High Priest
14 Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess.
