Found out recently that the custodian where I work was arrested for child molestation. Never saw that coming.

K: If it's true, it's very very sad. Unless you know the facts, though, it's best not to jump to conclusions.
 
Well, in order to even be brought up on charges they have to have some kind of proof. The really bad part of it is he will always be on the registry now.

not if he isn't the person that did the crime or isn't found guilty.
