This Is Very Sick

This fool deserves the worst punishment possible, and they should ask me what that should be. And when I finish with him there wouldn't be a crime in Ohio or New Jersey for years, because I would televise his punishment as a deterrent just like they use to do in Bible time by letting the whole town watch.

A 67-year-old Toms River man was arrested Wednesday after sexually assaulting a 14-month-old boy while streaming footage over the Internet, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Jersey.
Rodford W. Brindley Jr. was charged with sexual exploitation of a child, an offense punishable by 15 to 30 years in prison, with a possible $250,000 fine.

Ohio investigators became suspicious of Brindley and set up online chats with him. During a session in late March, he told a female undercover officer that he had been sexually involved with minors on multiple occasions, and once had sex with a six-year-old girl whose mother he met online, according to the criminal complaint.

During an April 2 session, while baby-sitting the male toddler, Brindley streamed images of using a hand and his mouth to directly contact the child’s genitals, with Brindley at one point fondling his own, the complaint states.
Ohio officials had learned that Brindley lived in Ocean County, and contacted New Jersey officials, who obtained warrants and made the arrest, according to U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman.

Besides the U.S. Attorney’s Office, also taking part in the case were the Sheriff’s Department in Franklin County, Ohio; the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office; and the FBI’s Cyber Crimes Squad. The investigation was conducted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative the U.S. Justice Department began in 2006.

Brindley was scheduled to appear today before U.S. Magistrate Judge Lois Goodman in Trenton, according to the arrest announcement.

Authorities raided a Toms River man's Fieldcrest Lane home Monday and arrested him on multiple charges related to the production and distribution of child pornography as well as child endangerment.
Rodford W. Brindley, Jr., 66, became the target of a search warrant after the Franklin County Sheriff's Department in Ohio notified the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office that an investigation of a child pornography website led to detectives chatting with a man eventually determined to be Brindley.

Brindley was unaware he was communicating with law enforcement, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Marlene Lynch Ford.
The investigation revealed evidence of production, distribution and possession of child pornography, and possible other crimes involving a minor child, Ford said in a statement Tuesday afternoon.
After ascertaining Brindley's location, Ford said, Ohio authorities immediately contacted the prosecutor's office's Crimes Against Children Task Force. A local investigation conducted by Detective Jay Dotto of the High Tech Crimes Unit led to the execution of search warrants on Brindley's home and vehicle Monday night.
"Of course our main concern is the welfare of the child victim of this criminal activity, as well as any other potential victims," said Ford.
The Special Victims Unit of the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that the child victim had been returned to the custody of the mother and was safe.

Brindley is facing charges of child endangerment, production of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
He remains lodged in the Ocean County Jail, Toms River, in lieu of $750,000 cash bail set by Superior Court Judge Francis Hodgson.
Ford said the investigation is continuing, and prosecutors may file additional charges.
"We are particularly interested in finding any parents who entrusted their children to the care of Rodford Brindley, Jr. and would encourage them to come forward to be interviewed by detectives working this case," said Ford.

Those with information that could be pertinent to the investigation are encouraged to contact Dotto, of the High Tech Computer Crimes Unit, or Detective Lindsay Woodfield of the Special Victims Unit. Both detectives can be reached at 732-929-2027.
The Ocean County Sheriff's Department, Toms River Police and New Jersey State Police assisted in the arrest and execution of the search warrant.

Love your enemies??? Really. It's a shame we don't have an example from scriptures of Christ responding to a pedophile. But when I read stuff like this a knife to this creeps genitals would do just fine. Kill him...no. I would just watch him suffer...a little salt to the wounds so to speak.

Am I wrong....maybe. But without Divinie intervention I have no desire to feel any differently. I wish I could.

Dee during Bible times Old and New Testament, he would have been stoned to death.

hmm under what law? im curious i should look that up and see what the sages said and ramban as i have the oral traditions according a jewish scholar who quotes that when he sees the need.

it would either be rape or the idea of homosexual sin. remember in jewish lands then legal age to marry was under 18 and preplanned. bar and bat mitzvah is a talmudic tradition and goes back to the days of moses. so it would be interesting.

hmm it depends. i hate to say this but its the truth as i have long into this matter
a jew marrying a girl at age 14 is legal then and not pedophalia that was the way it was.

that is what i meant. if they said its rape then would he marry her or would he die. im curious to see what the jews did actually say. for those words are often missused and mistranslated by the gentiles. ie an eye for eye didnt mean if an eye was damaged and the offenders eye was damaged at all but equal payment for the injured loss that was satisfactory.

The world is soooo messed up i dont know what to think anymore, Satan is very relentless in this age and it will only get worse until our savior comes back

I dont want to judge this man even though his deeds are vile, but i wouldnt condemn him to death
