I can understand the crying and frightened children! She looks like she's signaling to someone. Or semaphoring. Except she doesn't have flags... She needs flags.

train station locally has one here. its easy to spot as I pass by it daily. ironically its not used but is close the very tracks that it once was used for. I have posted pics of it before. I may take one when I have the chance as I did with the Gifford cemetery. I think I will do that Tuesday. so long as its not easily noticeable.

I think there must have been one at the station,, that I posted pics of too, where I grew up. But I don't remember it.
Then maybe not because there was only one track.
we don't have passenger service. the train station was closer to where I start work each day but was moved to become a railroad museum. it sits on the second location it was meant to occupy. it has to be the second oldest building in my county.
