Why people like dogs more than cats... Can understand liking them as much as cats, but more?

Why kids wear hoodies in the heat of summer "to look cool" and will go without any kind of coat or cover in the winter for the same reason...

Why the Kardashians are famous...:

Why criminals would want to wear their pants down around their thighs when they never know when they might need to run from a policeman...

and especially how this gets over 111,000,000 hits on YouTube and it's own TV show:

Only 111 million hits...that's a LOL if there ever was one! "Hey, apple......knife." LOL!!! Love it.


But really...the amazing thing is it doesn't have a single breasty young woman in it and it still got so many hits. That is truly amazing.

You know, sometimes I think about writing and playing a little song for some of the hobby horses people like to ride in this forum, but I just can't write songs. I can stumble through a few chords on my guitar, but I don't write...wish I could.

We know that God made everything beautiful, but it still amazes me to find any beauty in a Buzzard. They are just plum ugly!!! Sorry Lord.

It amazes me how it can rain on one side of the road, but not the other. It's like a curtain if you have ever seen this.

It amazes me how an old Eagle will pluck it's feathers out, break off their talons and beak and rejuvenate into a renewed Eagle again and the other Eagles take care of feeding it while in the process. Now I know what God said about being renewed as an Eagle.

Miracles certainly fall into the realm of the amazing things we do not understand, and I experienced a miracle related to what you said, for_his_glory...

A friend and I were traveling on I-5 through Oregon and it was pouring rain... sheeting buckets down. We had the wipers going full blast and they were barely keeping up with the rain when all of a sudden the driver's side wiper just went haywire and wouldn't work anymore. My friend couldn't drive....

We pulled over to see if we could fix it, but we couldn't... so we prayed about what to do and then pulled back out on the freeway.

And... it didn't rain on us. We could see the rain before us, to the sides of us and behind us, but it didn't rain on us. The freeway also became quite clear of traffic (not that there was much in the first place) so there was no spray from the wet road on us either. We traveled that way for quite some time when we came to an exit that had a gas station. In Oregon, they have gas station attendants, you can't pump your own gas in Oregon... really, it's against the law. Anyway, we asked the guy if he could do anything about the windshield wiper, and he got a screwdriver.. .next thing we knew we were back out on the freeway with a perfectly working wiper. And the rain was pouring down on us once again.

That has always amazed me... God's clear answer to prayer! :yes

Looks exactly like the one I learned to type on in Mr. Kollmeyer's class. Mr. Kollmeyer was one of my favorite teachers... he despaired of me ever learning to type fast. I was in Drama at the time and Mr. Kollmeyer would say to me, "Keep trying to type if it's your dream, Dora... but stick with your acting so you'll have something to fall back on."

Loved that guy! :D If I knew how to get in touch with him I would have to let him know that while I was in community theater for a few years, I've made quite a bit of money doing secretarial and administrative assistance work.
