Well, I was searching the 'net just now and found this: http://groups.google.com/groups?selm=10 ... ure&rnum=1

Apparently, gravity is a bunch of bologne and the reason things fall to the ground is because of a force caused by the intelligence of yourself and the earth. And, according to this guy atleast, if you believe in a God that created everything in it's current state (intelligent design), you also believe in this "theory" of gravity. Hahaha, just wanted to get some opinions on this, especially from you non-gravitationalists ;-)

... so did gravity evolve? :-D :-D :-D

Hahaha, just wanted to get some opinions on this, especially from you evolutionists....

Eh, I guess you could consider the symmetry breaking of the forces in finite temperatures as a "speciation" of sorts. However, that had nothing to do with the link, as the link claimed that if you believe in intelligent design than you don't believe in gravity.

Well, I can see that things fall down. That's "microgravity". No one denies microgravity. But the theory of gravitation also says that gravity makes planets move around the sun, and galaxies move. No one has actually observed macrogravity. They are two entirely different things. And don't tell me about Newton. He interpreted the evidence according to his preconceptions.

So there. WFTH-I

I hear he got his ideas from ancient pagan religions.
