That whosoever believeth on him may not perish.


It is a remarkable commendation of faith, that it frees us from everlasting destruction. For he intended expressly to state that, though we appear to have been born to death, undoubted deliverance is offered to us by the faith of Christ; and, therefore, that we ought not to fear death, which otherwise hangs over us. And he has employed the universal term whosoever, both to invite all indiscriminately to partake of life, and to cut off every excuse from unbelievers. Such is also the import of the term World, which he formerly used; for though nothing will be found in the world that is worthy of the favor of God, yet he shows himself to be reconciled to the whole world, when he invites all men without exception to the faith of Christ, which is nothing else than an entrance into life.​

Did you ever hear the term K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid) not referring this to anyone so put your stones away. People make Salvation through Christ so complicated, but God has made it so easy to reconcile ourselves back to His grace. Belief, faith and repentance is all that is required for eternity with Christ. If we just start our relationship with Christ knowing and acting upon these three simple requirements then everything else will fall into place of what God expects of us while we are still living on this earth as we allow our relationship with Christ grow in every area of our life by applying His word and acting on it.

We need not fear physical death nor what others can do to us as for if they kill the flesh what more can they do to us.
Mat 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
