• 4 Calling Birds = the Four Gospels
• 5 Golden Rings = The first five books of the Old Testament, the “Pentateuch,” which gives the history of man’s fall from grace
• 6 Geese A-laying = the six days of creation (highlighting life)
• 7 Swans A-swimming = the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit, the seven sacraments
• 8 Maids A-milking = the eight beatitudes
• 9 Ladies Dancing = the nine Fruits of the Holy Spirit
• 10 Lords A-leaping = the Ten Commandments
• 11 Pipers Piping = the eleven faithful apostles
• 12 Drummers Drumming = the twelve points of doctrine in the Apostle’s Creed

And the “partridge in a pear tree”? Jesus Christ as symbolically represented by a mother partridge protecting her helpless nestlings. Luke 13:34 recounts the words of Christ:

O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not!

I have two problems with your statement here. First there is nothing secret that will not be revealed, Luke 8:17, and true Christians are not Catholic as God does not recognize any organized religion who holds their own doctrines that are separate from the doctrines of Christ especially in the rituals that are not found in scripture. The true body of Christ are those who have been Spiritually born again from above and baptized in the Baptism of Christ for the receiving of the Holy Spirit and fire. Fire means empowerment given us by God for the purpose of His ministry here on earth.

The twelve Days of Christmas was written by Frederic Austin in 1909 as a solo song. I have seen articles explaining the Catholic view of the twelve days of Christmas and I have no problem with that except for some of the seven sacraments, but that needs to be another thread preferably in the Catholic forum. But to say all truths only comes from the Roman Catholic Church who holds all the truth is heresy that comes from a stiffnecked prideful heart that refuses all truths given by the Holy Spirit as they will not go against the Holy See.

It's earliest record is I the 1780s and while the rcc was still not officially welco e in England perscutio was limited to those who made themselves known to the authorities.

Just to drive it home, where is the mention of Mary, penance and the mas.
These are all important teachings for the rcc.

Christ is a reference to the sacrifice and penance and he with Mary!

But, like I said anyone can ban anything just like one woman Madilyn Murray O'Hara who had prayer and the pledge of allegiance to the flag banned from schools. It's not about what certain people like Cromwell wants to ban as Jesus lives in us all year around as we celebrate His birth, life, death and resurrection any way we want to in giving Him all the praise and glory. Not only Christmas day, but charity needs to be in our hearts everyday giving our best gifts in helping others as we let the light of Christ shine out through us.

Families decorate for birthday parties so why not decorate for the greatest birthday party that ever was.

After the renewal of our inner man we are commanded to walk in God's commandments with the greatest one being love which also means charity, 1Corinthians 13:1-13.

Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Then you don’t believe charity / love of God is part of what saves you?

Why do you think eph 2:8 has anything to do with you being saved? When we’re you quote “saved”?
