Could you elaborate more on what those conditions are?
I don't see His return being conditional, but only the condition of our heart towards Him as we are prepared for His return that we be gathered to Him.

I don't know. Jesus said he will not see anyone until they say blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. So I guess no one will see Jesus until they say that.
In Matthew 23:37-39 Jesus was lamenting over Jerusalem because they killed the prophets that were sent to them. If they would had known Jesus was the Messiah come to them He would have gathered them all to him if they would have believed in whom He said He was. Those that followed after Jesus including the 12 disciples only knew Him as a prophet sent to them by God as they knew Him not as the promised Messiah come to them. Jesus spoke about Him having to leave (death, resurrection) and that after He is taken up no one will see Him again until He returns and many will say at that time, blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.
