Unity means the fact or state of being one in agreement or in harmony as one Lord, one faith and one baptism, Ephesians 4:5, as it is all Gods Spirit in agreement with each action his Spirit performs or commands of us as we are born again by His word and Spirit, John 3:5. It’s all Gods Spirit manifested in three different forms for the purpose of his ministry as God can take on many different forms for us to hear him speak to us and bring us into that unity that is one

The Bible teaches that there is only one God. (Isaiah 43:10, Isaiah 44:6-8, Isaiah 45:22, 1Peter 1:2)

The Bible teaches that there is one who is called Jesus and is identified as being God. (John 1:1-3; 14-18, John 20:28-29, 1 John 1:1-4; 5:20, Philippians 2:5-8, Revelation 1:17-18, Revelation 22:12-20)

The Bible teaches that there is one who is called the Holy Spirit and is identified as being God. (John 14:16-17, John 15:26, John 16:7-15, Acts 5:3-4, Acts 13:2, 1 Corinthians 12:4-18, Hebrews 9:14, Hebrews 10:15-18)

1Corinthians 1:9, 10 we know for a surety that God is trustworthy as we have fellowship with his son Jesus Christ and it is by grace measured out to each of us as a gift we can not earn as it is free to us through the love of God that makes us one in the unity of Gods Spirit. There should be no division among the brethren as we now have the mind of Christ through Gods Spirit that teaches us all things and brings us into all understanding, John 14:26.

The spoken word of God is our foundation of faith as it is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen, Hebrews 11:1. No one has ever seen God as he is Spirit, John 4:24, but it is that Spirit made flesh to dwell among us whom is his son Jesus Christ that even though we ourselves have never seen him physically, but know him through Gods word as his witness testifies of his glory, John 1:14, that we too can know him and have hope in that same glory as Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.

To know Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior brings us into the unity of Gods Spirit that makes us one with Christ to know the mind of Christ and the purpose of his gifts as it is those gifts freely given for the work of his ministry for the equipping and building up of the body (us) of Christ. It is those gifts of apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers that bring us into the unity of the faith and the knowledge of Jesus whose Spirit works in us and through us as we are called into his ministry and lead by the Holy Spirit.

It’s not even our faith as it is the faith of Christ through his word that makes us righteous through his grace as we believe and not only believe, but follow through obedience to his will what he has already spoken through his disciples who have written their accounts of being with Jesus and what he taught through signs and wonders that glorify his name. That same faith or belief is now within us as one body in Christ that through the Holy Spirit which confirms his word to us as truth so we to who are called by his name to take his word out into the world as a witness and testimony of his glory with all truth through the Holy Spirit speaking through us.

Ephesians 1:3 blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who hath blessed us with all Spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ
Ephesians 1:4 according as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and without blame before him in love
Ephesians 1:5 having predestined us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself according to the good pleasure of his will.

Having predestined us unto the adoption of children. Whose children? God’s children. When? Before we were even born. What a unity of love this is that we could not even fathom such a love little lone an unconditional love that binds us together with Jesus as one in Christ and one in the Spirit of God through the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

John baptized with water unto repentance, not causing repentance, but a sign of it. Jesus himself never baptized with water, but with the Spirit, and Christian baptism only came about after the resurrection when Jesus gave the commission to his disciples to go into the whole world and preach the gospel to every creature Matthew 28:19, 20.

The disciples could not understand with their carnal minds, Romans 8:7, what Jesus was teaching them, but they knew he was a prophet sent from God and accepted the authority and power which he taught with through signs and wonders. It would not be until the Spirit of God was taken up out of the tomb and revealed to the hearts of those who believed on him that the same Spirit would be sent back down to dwell in the hearts of those who believed, Acts 1:2-8; Acts 2:1-4.

Acts 2:38,39 When we repent of our sins and ask Jesus into our hearts we are also receiving the promise of God that his Spirit will come and dwell in our hearts and teach us of all things we need to learn, John 14:26. The baptism that Peter was talking about in Acts 2:38 was a Spiritual rebirth through the word of God. Some people think it is being dunked or sprinkled with water the way John the Baptist did and there is nothing wrong with that for it is an outward appearance to man that you have received Jesus and the Holy Spirit into your life, Matthew 3:11, but Jesus himself never baptized with water for the baptism of Jesus was for receiving the Spirit of God (Holy Spirit) that helps us to know the will of the Father, 1 Thessalonians 4:1-12.

John 15:26 The Holy Spirit bears witness of Jesus to us as he did to the disciples on the day of Pentecost, Acts 2:1-4, for us to gain truth through Spiritual eyes and ears. The disciples could not understand the works of the Lord with their carnal minds, Romans 8:7, until they received power from God and after that the Holy Spirit came on them, Acts 1:8, to teach them how to do the will of the Father. God gives us his power and authority through the Holy Spirit to be over comers and to take his word out into the world with love and compassion. Matthew 10:20 for it is not you (carnal mind) that speaks, but the Spirit of the Father that speaks through you.

Acts 1:4-8 that same power that is in us only comes through the Holy Spirit and all we need to do is ask and receive that power through faith and it will manifest immediately within our spirit. That power gives us Spiritual authority against anything that tries to come against us. Galatians 3:14 we have the same promises that God gave to Abraham in Genesis 12:1-3 because even though we are Gentiles we are under that same covenant that God established with Abraham because we are joint heirs with Jesus which makes us a child of God, Galatians 4:7; Romans 3:29.

Mark 10:38 but Jesus said unto them, ye know not what ye ask: can you drink of the cup that I drink of? And be baptized with the baptism I am baptized with?
Mark 10:39 and they said unto him, we can. And Jesus said unto them, ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized.

Rom 8:14 for as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
Rom 8:15 for ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have
received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.

One Lord, one Faith, one baptism which brings us into the unity of the Spirit so we can continue in the good works of the Lord through the power and authority Christ has through the grace of God as we are all one in the Spirit of God.

Not everything you read is truth.
Follow Jesus. Think with Jesus, His Grace Permitting.
A lot changes at once, and gradually over decades.
What men agree on, is not truth.

Agreed. I think it is only by the Spirit that believers come into agreement, which is sort of the point of the OP.

I find all of this to be true, dear sister, and yet I think the reason why unity has been lost in the body of Christ is because we divorced ourselves from operating in the gifts of the Spirit, whereby HE was the One giving us our doctrines, HE was the One granting revelation concerning His word, and HE was the One rebuking and chastising as needed be so that all remained in obedience to the will of God. As Peter said in one place. "No prophecy is of private interpretation," meaning only what the Spirit of God was revealing through supernatural gifts to the church corporate was to be trusted, and if a prophecy or interpretation of prophecy did not line up with that then it was to be rejected.

Agree or no?

Agreed. I think it is only by the Spirit that believers come into agreement, which is sort of the point of the OP.

Agree or no?
Agree. With over 5000 different religions in the world you will get 5000 different doctrines, but if those doctrines are not of Christ, but by what man deems to be true that is of their own logic, then there are no Spiritual gifts being given and there is no unity of the Spirit.

Not everything you read is truth.
Follow Jesus. Think with Jesus, His Grace Permitting.
A lot changes at once, and gradually over decades.
What men agree on, is not truth.
This is why it is so important that everyone would pray and ask the Holy Spirit teach them and to learn how to Spiritually discern what others try to teach us.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

1John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

1John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
1John 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
1John 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
1John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1John 4:5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
1John 4:6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
