Have you thought about the cause of the sinus infection? It might be inflammation-related, which would indicate that some sort of sinus infection is residing in the tissue. If it is mucus related then I think you should look into the environmental factors - for instance if there is mould or unclean bedding etc.

One reason I can't sleep is blocked sinuses. Antihistamines seem to unblock.

We got a Levoit coo mist humidifier and we are super happy with it. It lasts a long time with a full tank. It has an essential oil tray on the bottom side. To clear stuffy noses, I like to use eucalyptus or tea tree oil in it.

I might be right? I actually didn't propose a diagnosis but only advised that you should look toward treating the cause because it is probably quite treatable.
