[__ Prayer __] Verna's grand-daughter

Her name is Leslie. She'll soon be 24. Trapped in unrepentant sin and darkness, living in gov't subsidized poverty. Verna told me more about the situation last night, and...whoa. Its bad. And the world could not possibly care less, you know?

When I was 24, I landed in a Teen Challenge program. Changed my life, planted seeds. Good place, good people. Leslie...probably won't go to Teen Challenge. Verna said they've had her in hospitals and the hospitals discharged her, because she refused to participate or something. Ugh. She's been in homeless shelters, straight up homeless...not good, not good at all.

I keep her up in prayer. Honestly, for me, it took a -direct- touch from Christ for me to genuinely saved and then transformed, in Christ. Maybe that's true of everyone? I don't know. I just...I ask that you pray for Leslie. The Lord spared her a near fatal OD that landed her in the ICU. That was -horrible- for Verna to deal with.
