God does need faithful leaders that walk worthy of Him. I like what Paul says in 1 Thessalonians 2:4. Paul,Silvanus, and Timotheus were allowed of God as He called them. Other words it is God's calling on our life as He alone sends us out into the world through His power and authority given us by His grace. God knows who are equipped for the purpose of His ministry.

Many go out on their own without any authority or power from God as they seek out their own recognition. These are the ones we need to be aware of that scripture calls false prophets.

1 Thessalonians 2:4 But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but God, which trieth our hearts.
