Wedding rings - what couples exchange...

Biblically speaking, what should couples exchange during wedding? Anything biblical or traditional? Rings? Bibles? Computers? Cars? Shoes?

What should couples exchange during wedding?

reba says:

Maybe you could find a way to use the gift Bible in your wedding....

Not untill after they use it in the wedding....

You guys are messing up my wedding plans for them..
And CN says:
I'm going to go against the grain and suggest you put it away for safe-keeping. As Reba remarked it would be a wonderful item to include in your wedding

Rings --- most practical, attractive and durable, more importantly conspicuous enough to show people (especially those that try to flirt with spouse) that the subject is married.

Exchange of Bibles, computers, cars, shoes --- Bibles are prone to wear and tear, so are computers, cars and shoes .... hard to prove to people (especially those that try to flirt with spouse) that subject is married... Worst still, depreciated products could send flirting parties wrong signal that new products are desirable !
