After reading Psalms 51 just few minutes ago, I just began to wonder how all these were possible. Did the characters keep daily documentaries about their activities and about themselves?
 
It seems like David had quite a journal accounting many experiences he lived and how God worked in him and through him. None the less, Psalms 51 gives instruction of confessing and how God forgives our sin when we confess it to Him.
 
So, King David was writing his own prayers?
