I had pancakes and Algar syrup fried eggs and fired beef hotdogs in place of the sausage that I polished off yesterday.

I love to bake.I consider myself not a novice but not an expert.I cook mostly down home food.Meat and potatoes sort of stuff.I don't like gourmet at all.I make a mean homemade Lasagna which my son loves.

I make a really good oven BBQ chicken with an awesome BBQ sauce.I am fussy about my BBQ sauce I don't like a smokey flavor.I haven't tried oven BBQ ribs yet.I can't use my BBQ so I have to do it in the oven.
