That's a good list. I would add a few older shows:
Star Trek, Colombo, and the 70's Kung Fu.

Minus the swearing I have rather come to enjoy Kitchen Nightmares. Otherwise I watch mostly court shows. Though I will admit there is no beating classics like I Love Lucy, Green Acres, and the like.

Most network TV shows are immoral garbage. There is very little I can tolerate anymore.

But if you do some digging, you might find some good ones off the satellite dish. I will watch some of the science and nature programs. Sometimes the history channel (but forget the shows when they attempt to explain the bible - what a joke). There are some good TV pastors I will watch including:

Charles Stanley
Ravi Zacharius
Jeff Schreeve
Woodrow Kroll
John Hagee
Pat Roberson

To name a few.

Unfortunately I find shows like the Simpsons....Family Guy....and American dad almost too offensive to even see on television when it comes to the out take on religion. Too many television shows mock God or the divine gift of His Son, Jesus anymore.

Used to watch CSI but ended up could only watch about 1 out of 5 episodes with all the sex or dodgy material.
Sadly standards for shows are slipping badly with more sex etc being accepted in it as norm, is it our fault (christians) for not standing up and shouting loudly enough? (would do so but don't know how)

FAMILY GUY?! Isn't that the one where the fat guy wears women's clothing, and the baby talks hate and violence? :gah That's not very Christ-like.

I watch the weather channel, local news, and maybe Cash Cab. Right now, I'm watching a DVD I checked out from the public library. I also listen to AM radio.
TV is mostly powered by satan, now a days. no thanks.
