What constitutes good leadership?

And have you been thrust into a leadership position? How did you go? Do you enjoy being a leader?

If you,count the non commissioned officer corps in the army as such .while not a perfect instution it instilled the idea of a servant leader .I had mentors above me who guided and corrected me .i wasn't the best but I now I influenced many other lower ncos and peers.that i can live with.

I'm not big on church membership ,while I support the idea of a local body ,so often its a fiefdom,a sect,all othets outside the demonoation aren't part of the body .

My,pastor alluded to this last week when i fixed his brakes when we test drove his car by a few churches .he has tried to enlist a few to reach the lost and unite in said cause .some are working together

So say Jesus had to take on a big world leadership position like United nations leader. Or how would his style of leadership go in each country in the world? I think his style of leadership may cause too much reaction. Some prefer more fundamentalist leaders. Iran comes to mind.

The Word tells us He will rule with a rod of iron and He will make the World His footstool. Once they see how He defeated His enemies at Jerusalem, they will most likely quickly obey. Seeing someone utterly destroy His enemies with just His Word will be enough.
