I don't know if it's bad for human's to drink milk or not, but, I think it's at the least unnecessary. I don't particularly like milk, even though I grew up on a farm where I milked cows by hand and we always had fresh milk. As the years pass I more and more see it as unnatural for our bodies.
Thank you for your reply.
I do not drink milk in a glass as a drink on its own. My milk usage is limited to tea and coffee and cereal.

...I think it's at the least unnecessary.

A retired doc I talk to said we need some calcium as we get older. Milk is a good source. If not from milk, then eat something else with calcium in it. Our bones completely replace all of the calcium in them every so often, so a regular source of calcium is needed.

Also vitamin D. Our skin is less efficient at producing vitamin D as we get older, so some D must be in our diet to properly absorb the calcium.

Mucous, evil stuff.

You shall have a full and just weight; you shall have a full and just measure, that your days may be prolonged in the land which the LORD your God gives you. Deuteronomy 25:15 NASV

Only full and just measuring metrics can protect us.

Mucous, whether there was banks were evil or on the gold standard ,is still evil.try puking up a handful of it just
To breathe

That's revolting. :cries
Welcome to my asthma attacks.I usually can breathe during them but I have fits of coughing until I clear the mucuos.I cough thus daily.oh the day where I can laugh again,no more coughing

Mucous, whether there was banks were evil or on the gold standard ,is still evil.

Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. James 5:4 NIV

Bankers are denying the elderly the hire of their labors by confiscating their meager pensions. Inflation is evil.

Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. James 5:14 NIV

Since milk is, basically, a poison to adults, seriously adding inflammatory issues to our systems, I rarely ever touch the stuff anymore. (My aches and pains went way down.)

I hear stated in the media that milk is bad for humans.
How true this is I don't know, I haven't thought to pursue the idea.
Does anyone have any comments on this bold statement?
It's not "bold"; it's common sense. Do some more reading on the subject.

Anyone who doesn't use milk in their cereal is a weirdo.
