While angelic technology would be far advanced than ours, I do not believe they have higher IQ. Man is made in the Image of God, and God the Son is incarnate in human flesh.

If man's IQ were lower than angels etc., that "would be an embarrassment to God". Like a monkey king ruling over humans.
