What verses describe what Jesus looked like in Prophecy?

I was just reading Revelations chapter 1 and it describes what Jesus looked like with eyes of fire and holding five stars. That is exciting to hear.

I think in Ezekiel and Daniel they describe Him too and sometimes the vision is different.. I will look it up, but if anyone could tell me the exact verses, that would be nice. And maybe there's other books in the Bible that describe our wonderful Savior.

Please list the verses. We all can close our eyes and imagine being on an island with palm trees and the ocean sounds and that's great.
I want to imagine how wonderful and mighty what our Savior looks like.

Thank you guys!!!

Welcome to CF.net :wave Glad to have you hear:bigfrown:D:lol

I want to imagine how wonderful and mighty what our Savior looks like.

There are two thing here: 'what our Savior ''''looks'''' like' and what our Savior looked like. (Jesus as Man and Jesus as God).

Which?

The Bible doesn't really give him features as to what he looked like but in likeness it does. There are many anthropomorphic scriptures of him. The first one that is mentioned is the meeting of Abram and Meslchizedek. Melchizedek is described as king and priest of God Most High. These are the two major depictions of Christ. Genesis 18 states that God in the flesh appeared to him with two angels. The end of Genesis 32, Jacob wrestles with God in the flesh. Joshua 5:13-15 depicts the Captain of the LORD's host, of whom Joshua worships. Judges 6:11-23 is another depiction of the saviour. Psalm 22 is a clear depiction of the crucifixion and what happens to Jesus which in turn coincides with John 20:27. Psalm 23 depicts our saviour as a Shepherd as in Hebrews 13:20.

Now if your more asking about things like physical appearance the clearest depiction of Jesus is that of Isaiah 53:2.

However the most Glorifying depiction is that of Zechariah chapter 3.

My understanding is that He looked much like his disciples, and by extension most people in His community; which is the reason Judas Iscariot needed to kiss Him to indicate who He was.
