We always eat what we want. Are we really eating the right food...our body needs to remain healthy?

Meet the experts. I was told by somone never to drink water during or immediately after meal...or some minutes before meal. Why? Water reduces the concentration (dilutes) of HCl in the body...and causing the micro organisms in the food you eat to attack you. The acid should kill most of the organism. So when you take water, you have diluted the acid and the organisms in the food can attack. Drink water after about 1hr or so (and by this time the conc acid has killed most of the harmful organisms).


He says some combination of foods can be quite dangerous. A particular fruit + Sugar = death (high probability)

I've just finished writing an article about toxic foods for my blog, listing the US FDA's top ten toxic foods. I think some people will be surprised by some of the foods that made the list.

As a rule, Thayanee and I avoid anything that is not organically grown or is highly processed. It's easy for us living in a farming area and we grow our own veges and fruit according to season. We only use free range poultry eggs, pork and chicken. Fish is farmed but no growth hormones or antibiotics used. It's a little harder for people living in cities but not impossible.
We cook with Coconut oil (cold pressed virgin) as it is THE ONLY oil that does not convert it's fat to trans fat when heated.

They go hand in hand. Eat them as He created them (with a few condiments and garnishes of course). As i said in the blog article, I don't think God was wandering around the Garden of Eden with a backpack spraying chemicals over everything..... (that's a paul original haha)

mom hates chemicals. She so much believes in: 'harvest them from the garden'.
