What's it like living with a person who has Aspergers?

What happens when living with someone with Asperger's Syndrome? How do they act? What problems do they struggle with?

Aspergers is a type of Autism that is considered to be on the high end of the spectrum. Meaning that people with Asperger's are high functioning. It can be difficult to work with or live with them especially if you don't understand them. Their interest in things is very limited and they often obsess over things, which will cause them to talk non stop about about a topic that only they are interested in. They have trouble interacting socially, but many of them can very intelligent. Some say that Albert Einstein had Aspergers even though the term did not exist back then.

I wanted to get what it looks like on the front lines of what you have to deal with in these people from people who live with them--or from those who have the syndrome. Particularly the anti-social aspects of it.
