When faith and hope is almost gone...

For over 3 years I have been asking for help, guidance, Ive been thirsty, hungry , needing to hear the word of God, I have been ignored, turned away, The Christians I used to communicate with, and Christians I try to communicate with all ignore me as though i do not exist. I was told several times by a man of God, a Christian man, my soul is bound for the lake of fire and I should remove myself from this world.I am referred to as "nameless one". I am getting tired, my faith and hope in the Lord is almost gone.Which hurts me down to the very core. Im afraid the moment my hope and faith in God is completely gone, I will do as suggested. This way I will no longer be the punishment of another man. And people wont have to pretend that i dont exist anymore. I won't be ignored, turned away, or denied hearing the word of God being ministered to me. Nothing not even life will matter to me anymore once my faith is completely gone.

Not to be rude, but to be very blunt (because I don't like to beat around the bush), but what the "heck" do other men have to do with YOUR faith?

when i go to a man of God with an earnest question about the scripture, or ask for prayer , etc. the man of God tells me Im going to hell and my sins cant be forgiven and refers me as nameless one .........anyone that is not a Christian, that doesnt have strong in the faith and doesnt have a relationship with God ....,, that persons faith ...will be is affected one way or another......i know mine has

just forget i eve said anything,,,, i diidnt come on here to contend with people,,, i just wanted to find some hope and faith ... that perhaps somehow i would find out if God really likes me, and He will forgive me

What you are saying he told you seems rather harsh if that's truly what he said. Are you sure these were Christians you were talking too? Or were they some group or cult that simply call themselves Christians. However, I notice you have identified yourself on this site as a non-Christian. If you truly mean that, then at least one thing he said is true. If you are not a Christian, then it's true your sins will not be forgiven and after you have died you will face judgement. But from some things you have said in several threads you've started now, I have to question your status here as a non-Christian. Are you sure you aren't a Christian who is simply going through a rough time right now?

Ok, well, no one will force you to listen.

The kind of faith you need/want is God given faith not man made faith God given faith is a gift from God.. It will make you strong it will give you peace is this what your looking for?

I say I a not a Christian because I have not been filled with the Holy Ghost ...........................................yet

That doesn't sound right to me. What do you mean by "filled with the Holy Ghost" and how would you know if you were or not?
If you believe Jesus is the son of God the Father, that he died on the cross as a sacrifice to pay for your sins, and you have turned your life over to Him, then you are a Christian.

No, that's far from the truth, and if you are basing your status as a Christian on that, no wonder you're having troubles. Yes, there are some who claim what you just said is true, but this is very controversial and the truth is there is simply no scripture that says this. In fact there is scripture to refute this. You can't base your Christianity on whether or not you speak in tongues.

O.k. now open your bible to Numbers 21 verses 5 thru 9 read the entire chapter but I'd like you to concentrate on those verses then post back when your finished..

Thanks..

I am assuming that you have asked for the Lord to forgive you and into your life. Now things are getting rough for you and you are doubting your faith and so forth. But the fact is...this is to be expected, to have hard times, people saying things bringing down your faith and so forth. This is now a transitional period for you and the lord is working in your life.

We are promised in scripture that we will have tribulation and that the world will hate you, because it first hated Jesus. These are spiritual attacks upon you. You are on the right track in giving your life to God and this is evidenced by the world turning against you.

Now is the time for you to crack open that bible and pray to God for guidance and strength. It will not be easy but is to be expected. The Lord does not use strong people to accomplish His will. He uses broken vessels. When man is broken, he is humbled and turns to God. When your pride is gone and you are humbled...then He will come to you and give you revelation and strength. Most people do not meet the Lord upon the mountain of success. They meet Him in the valley of the shadow of death. This is where you are now. Look for Him, He's there, just waiting for you to cry out for help.
He promises not to put on us more than we can bear. You need to crack open that bible, brother. Your answers are in there. Trust the Lord. Keep your faith. My experience is that he comes to help at the last minute...but never late.

I'd say anyone who tells you to kill yourself is not a man of God, or at the very least not in God's will to be doing so. "The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance."~2 Peter 3:9

God draws us to Himself, He calls us to come to Him. Directly. You don't need to go through other people to do it.

2 Corinthians 13:3-9
3 Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.

4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.

5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

6 But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates.

7 Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates./

8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.

9 For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection.
