That's an amazing pic though. Perfectly shows how government and tax funds are wasted on their way down to the public.
Tax money waste is so outraeous. It ain't bad enough our money has to pay for stuff we don't agree with. Some of our money has to pay for stuff that is entirely POINTLESS! (as visualised by the puddles in the picture)

The problem with government waste is that what one sees as waste another sees as need. It's all a matter of perspective.
