Where does the Bible say that the New Testament is Scripture, the "Word of GOD"?

it says in the gospel that one must be a greek or speak that to be saved from hell?
vs for that. oh wait.. the nt was in aramiac first.and what greek. koine greek isnt spoke today, in fact koine greek is a DEAD language. That is why theres so many english translations.
