i tore the cartilage near the zyphoid process, i did it during bjj, i actually felt and heard it when it happened, it's not as bad as you think(well yeah it is). i have learned to avoid the range of motion that causes the most pain. at least i can sleep . the first night i couldnt sleep but after that i can, the lord touched me in church. and i am now able to do a little more.

keep it in prayer, and at least i got away from the paper route and had some rest. more than 10hrs a day. much needed
