Gary if you have studied the Bible at any length you know that perfection is not perfect as in like something brand new say like a car paint job.. 2 Corinthians 13:9 For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection. 1) a strengthening, perfecting of the soul
1a) a training, disciplining, instructing

Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

we have all been given New American Standard Bible Romans 12:3
For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.King James Bible
For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. so explain who has the faith?

In context, the measure of faith being spoken about here is the measure of faith we Christians have been given to soberly assess, and walk in, whatever grace (gift) it is we have received from Christ.

Christians are the ones who have faith, not the whole world; though the sacrifice is available to them, too, if they would only have and not reject the faith to lay hold of it.

complete we are to grow in his grace knowledge be a mature Christian paul writes we are changed from Glory to Glory one step at a time. every Christain is at a different level in different areas . .the only way any of this can be done is by abiding in HIM.. as per faith all Christains have faith. there is o ye of little faith and there is great faith... there is another level of faith but at the moment i can,t think of it. it appears for the most everyone agrees.. but says it in a different way
