Why do mother's talk a lot (especially to their children) where father's seldom do?

My kid's Dad talks to them a lot, they talk about issues I don't have a clue about, science, engineering, physics. I talk to them more about their day and why females are so strange. ;) oh, of course I an the one to talk about God and the Bible.

It is indeed natural for dads to talk about technical matters. The rest are moms'

Moms always deal on behavioural issues.

I taught my kids about finances ... helped them set up checking accounts, showed them how to balance those checking accounts ... how to save money. We even had fun looking through the stock/bonds listings in the paper and created 'pretend' accounts so they could learn some of the basics of following the markets.

Also taught 'em how to cook, bake, grill...science & archaeology... mathematics & writing ......... their dad taught them how to change tires, oil, etc .

Most important, the kids learned about our Lord God and His Word from me.

I'm a man of few words. Was raised as my father was and his father before him. I believe its mostly a guy thing.

So true of men; where motherly chirping is for women
I known by some to be grumpy and an introvert.most of that lack of talking is from the fact I'm into some things that many others arent.
