Why is someone Preaching another Jesus and why?

2 Corinthians 11:1-4
Oh, that you would bear with me in a little folly--and indeed you do bear with me.
For I am jealous for you with godly jealousy
For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you may well put up with it!

Quote:
And why Judgment began in the house of God (the Church)
1 Peter 4:17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Quote:
Who is not obey the true gospel of God And why?

Galatians 1:8-9 But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.
As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed.

In the early times, Christianity arrived with the power of Christ doing the works of Christ through His disciples. So as the name of Jesus gained reputation, the common people were eager to learn more about how the power of Messiah could free them from the oppressive rulers. There were some people though, who heard the Christian teachings but did not repent, and not wanting to be thought of as opposers of Christ, began walking in darkness - calling themselves Christian, but twisting the scriptures to fit their own ideas of what they think Christianity should be. They are the ones who were making up a false image of Jesus. Some of them discovered a charisma and learned how to appeal to people through flattery, taking advantage of their insecurity as they were deeply seeking forgiveness for their sins. So they were false teachers, not teaching the authentic message of God because it was not God's spirit that was in them (1 John 2:21c, 1 John 2:22).

And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment. 1 Chronicles 12:32

We are in the days of "Lot," (coming soon the Rapture). The last of the last days of the Church age.

If the calendars are right, the church is now 1,987 years old. The church began on the day of Pentecost, which was some 33 years after the birth of Christ. So, we deduct 33 years from 2020, which gives us the number of 1,987 as it regards the age of the modern church. In other words, we are living in the last days of the church age, which means that Bible prophecy concerning end-time events is about to happen. As it regards the work of God on this earth, every 2,000 years or every 1000 years something tremendous has taken place. Momentous things most definitely happened at other times, but hallmark events took place at the time frames mentioned.

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of Godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away (II Tim. 3:1-5).

The Bible doesn’t teach that the situation is going to get better and better, but, as stated here, worse and worse. It also teaches, as we see from Verse 5, that the Church will go into total apostasy. It will have, and presently has, “a form of Godliness, but denies the power thereof.”

What does “denying the power thereof” mean?

Paul said, “For the preaching of the Cross is to them who perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved, it is the Power of God” (I Cor. 1:18).

The Church is in apostasy; it has fallen asleep. The Church faith is not in Christ and Him Crucified, but only Christ. In other words they are proclaiming Christ while forsaking the Cross (the Blood of Jesus). Which is another Jesus. It has made a covenant with the Evil One, and the price is the blindness of the right eye, spiritually speaking; now they cannot see what is right or what is wrong (I Sam. 11:1-2). No covenant can be made with Satan — not of any nature. If we make anything the object of our faith other than Christ and His Cross, we are, in effect, whether we realize it or not, making a covenant with Satan.

As stated, the Church has already apostatized. The Church Age opened with Christ standing in the midst of the candlesticks, in which the candlesticks represent the Church (Rev. 1:12-13). At the close of the Church Age, which pertains to the present time, we no longer find Christ in the midst of the Church, but rather outside, knocking on the door, trying to get in (Rev. 3:17-20). The Lord is, in fact, no longer dealing with the institutionalized Church as a whole, but rather with individuals only.

“If any man hear My Voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me” (Rev. 3:20). So, who presently is saved?

As there was a “Remnant” in Israel who were saved, meaning that most were lost, likewise, there also is a “Remnant” in the modern Church who are saved, but only a Remnant. Israel had rejected much of that which was of the Lord, but when they rejected the Cross, there was nothing left. They were cut off. The modern Church has done the same thing. It has rejected much which is of the Lord, but now it is rejecting the Cross. As with Israel, if the Cross is rejected, that means the Righteousness of God is rejected, and that means the Church is also cut off — except for the “Remnant.”

Are you in the Remnant?

The only way that anyone can be in the Remnant is by accepting Christ and what Christ did at the Cross. There is no other way!"’

Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand” (Dan. 12:3, 10).

Do you understand what is means to obey the Gospel?

We live by what Jesus Christ did by Grace through Faith Who loved us and gave Himself for us at the Cross of Calvary where the victory was won (Rom. 6:3-5, Philippians 1:21); His Obedience (Philippians 2:8, John 10:18), His Faith (Gal. 2:20-21), and His Love (Faith works by Love -Gal. 5:6). It is not our obedience, not our faith, and not our love, that we live by. Rom. 8:2, Gal. 2:18

In other words, place and maintain your Faith exclusively in Christ and His Finished Work at Calvary Cross (The Blood of Jesus) where the victory was won and receive all the benefits of this Resurrection Life (the help of the Holy Spirit). Romans 8:2

The Child of God must understand that without our Trust and Faith in Christ and His Atoning Sacrifice at Calvary Cross where the victory was won, it is impossible to please God! Therefore, the only way, and I mean the only way we can achieve and do what the scriptures ask of us to do, such as to become "doers of the word, and not just a hearer only, deluding ourselves," is for the Child of God to trust, and place and maintain their Faith exclusively in Christ and His Atoning Sacrifice at Calvary Cross where the victory was won. This allows the Holy Spirit to carry out both the will and to-do His good pleasure in our life. (Romans 8:2, Phil. 2:13, Gal. 2:20-21)

The Bible says in 2 Cor. 13:4, that Jesus was crucified through weakness. Which it had to be because Gods Grace is only made perfect in weakness. Therefore, through weakness Jesus was crucified that He may taste death by the Grace of God (Hebrews 2:9). As Children of God we get to taste that same death in Christ daily by picking up our own cross (which can only be done by trusting His Grace which is made perfect through our weakness by placing and maintaining our Faith exclusively in Christ and His Finished Work at Calvary Cross where the victory was won) and walking with Christ in the newness of life (His victory). Rom. 6:3-5, Rom. 8:17, Gal. 2:20-21, 2 Cor. 4:11, 2 Cor. 12:9-10, 2 Cor. 13:4, Hebrews 2:9

The fruit that a Child of God bears comes only by Righteousness which is by Grace (Gal. 2:21). Grace only comes through the weakness and death of Christ (2 Cor. 12:9-10). Therefore, Grace is only made perfect through weakness (not our flesh); but only by trusting and placing and maintaining our Faith exclusively in Christ and the Cross. This is the only way Grace flows in a Child of Gods life. This Child of God is considered weak, humble, and broken before God. (THE BEATITUDES MATTHEW 5)

Any other way we stray from the old path (Jer. 6:16), and the works of the flesh begin to manifest-the sin nature (Gal. 5:19-21).

Could you explain how someone “forsakes” the cross?

Matthew 7:21-23
21 Not every one that says unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven; but he that does the Will of My Father which is in Heaven.

22 Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not Prophesied in Your Name? and in Your Name have cast out devils? and in Your Name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from Me, you that work iniquity.

Bible study: Question for anyone?

Why did Jesus tell these people who thought they where Christians at the Great White Throne Judgement that their works in His Name is iniquity? The scripture says that they did what the scripture was telling them to do in Jesus Name. But it was judged as iniquity; why? Something is wrong, despite their zeal.

Have we not _______ in Your Name? and in Your Name have ______? and in Your Name done many wonderful works?

What is the Will of the Father?

Finally, why is His Way narrow and only a few find it? Matthew 7:13-14

I will answer the question I asked above:

A transgressor

“18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed (revert back to the Law), I make myself a transgressor. (To revert to any type of Law is a departure from God’s Prescribed Order of Victory [the Cross], and is sin).” Galatians 2:18

Works of iniquity

“21 Not every one who says unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven (the repetition of the word “Lord” expresses astonishment, as if to say: “Are we to be disowned?”); but he who does the Will of My Father which is in Heaven (what is the Will of the Father? Verse 23 tells us).

22 Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not Prophesied in Your Name? and in Your Name have cast out devils? and in Your Name done many wonderful works? (These things are not the criteria, but rather Faith in Christ and what Christ has done for us at the Cross [Eph. 2:8-9, 13-18]. The Word of God alone is to be the judge of doctrine.)

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you (again we say, the criteria alone is Christ and Him Crucified [I Cor. 1:23]): depart from Me, you who work iniquity (we have access to God only through Christ, and access to Christ only through the Cross, and access to the Cross only through a denial of self [Lk. 9:23]; any other Message is Judged by God as “iniquity,” and cannot be a part of Christ [I Cor. 1:17]).” Matthew 7:21-23 JSM

Let me repeat because this is very, very, very, important!
The only way to God is through Jesus Christ (John 14:6)...the only way to Jesus Christ is by the Means of the Cross (Luke 14:27). The only way to the Cross is a denial of self (Luke 9:23). If any person tries to come any other way, Jesus says, "they are a thief and a robber" (John 10:1).

1. Jesus Christ is the source of all blessings.
2. The Cross is the means by which all blessings are given.
3. The object of our faith must be Christ and the Cross.
4. That being done, the Holy Spirit will greatly help us. Rom. 8:2

For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him Crucified. 1 Corinthians 2:2

Out of 603,550 men who were readied for war that came out of Egypt under the power of God (Numbers 1:44-46), only two took their inheritance; Joshua (a type of Christ) and Caleb (a type of the body of Christ) (Matthew 7:14).

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Note: Only two finished with "GRACE!"

TWO!

They who come preaching a different gospel apart from that which was in the beginning with Christ has a spirit of antichrist as they fool themselves by only giving lip service to the Lord and also allow the spirit of Jezebel preach from the pulpit deceiving even the minds of the very elect of God if possible. Christ warned us to watch out for false prophets teaching lies, plus all the other events in an outline in Matthew 24 that will lead up to the time of His coming on the last day after the seventh trumpet has sounded.

Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Matthew 24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.

1 John 2:18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19 They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Messages to the Church:

Rev 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. 15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate. 16 Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

Rev 2:20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. 21 And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. 22 Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. 23 And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. 24 But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden. 25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

To believe the Gospel and obey the Gospel is the same thing.

To obey the Gospel means you repent.

Repent means you turn to God in submission to Jesus Christ as Lord.

If we are called to turn to God, then we are also called to turn away from Satan as our Lord.

Words of Christ in red:

But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.’ “Therefore, King Agrippa, I was not disobedient to the heavenly vision, but declared first to those in Damascus and in Jerusalem, and throughout all the region of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance. Acts 26:16-20

The way we do this is confess Jesus as Lord.

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:9-10

If Jesus is our Lord, then we must obey Him as Lord.

And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him. Hebrews 5:9

We having a living relationship with Jesus Christ, whereby He moves upon us, inspires us, leads us, teaches us, everyday to do good, to practice love and righteousnes.

“16 In the day when God shall Judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ (lays to rest any idea that Judgment will be on any other basis; while many other things, such as conscience, may be a witness, still Jesus Alone is the criteria) according to my Gospel (Jesus Christ and Him crucified).” Rom. 2:16 - JSM

Paul is crystal clear that the Child of God will be judge according to his gospel he preached. What is the gospel Paul preached? Jesus Christ and Him crucified - 1 Cor. 2:2

that they should repent, turn to God, and do works befitting repentance.
To keep this in its truth and righteous context the scripture is speaking of turning from the heathen idols to God. Spiritually meaning, anything and everything that is not Faith placed and maintained exclusively in Christ and the Cross is a "golden calf!" Exodus 32

The context is Jesus commissioning Paul to preach the Gospel.

Repent is the command of the Gospel.

To obey the Gospel is to repent.

Turning to God by which we turn away from Satan as our lord, is how we are saved.

Continuing to obey Jesus Christ as Lord is how we remain saved.

Another gospel would be........Mormon, Islam, New Age

Changing scripture to suit how man should reach God, instead of what God has actually done to call people out of the world to himself.

The scripture says that the “life of the flesh is in the blood, i.e., (the soul of the flesh is in the blood- physically and spiritually).” Lev.17:11

Therefore, if the scriptures aren’t pointed to “Cross (The Blood of Jesus),” there is no life in you (John 6:53). Rev. 3:1

Paul said in Romans 2:16, all will be judged according to his gospel - “Christ Crucified (1 Cor. 2:2)!!!!!!!

Every jot and every tittle must point to the Cross.
