I'm just really curious because should He have been a Christian? I mean Jews don't even believe in Jesus and so how could He even be considered one? Although some things in the Bible aren't clear for me, it's pretty obvious that Jesus knew He was the Son of God.
Jews were the first Christians who were responsible for bringing the Gospel to the rest of the world.
Jesus is the Christ.
Those who are believers and followers of Hom are called Christians.

I'm sorry Dan but how did you arrive at that opinion? In John 1:1-5 we learn that Jesus is, not became the Creator but always has been the YHWH of both Testaments. That makes Him the Authority throughout the scriptures, doesn't it?They just changed the source of Authority.
A "Jew" is a slang word for Judah and includes a person who is either a direct descendant of Judah or is living within the borders of the land given to Judah by God as an inheritance. The genealogy of Jesus in Matt 1 goes to great length to prove that Jesus descends from Judah, the son of Jacob, the son of Abraham. The geneology also proves how great God's faithfulness really is, because one of God's promises is that "the sceptor shall never depart from Judah" (see Gen 49.) If Jesus had NOT been born into the tribe of Judah, He would have automatically been disqualified as being the messiah, as taught by Moses and the Prophets.I'm just really curious because should He have been a Christian? Jews don't believe Jesus is the Messiah because they have departed from the teaching of Moses and the Prophets. This can easily be seen in the NT as Jesus' #1 complaint with the Pharisees and religious leaders was that they preferred the traditions of men rather than following the Commandments of God given by the hand of Moses and the Prophets. Had they not forsaken Moses, they would've recognized Him instantly. That is how important the OT is.... if one ignores it, they miss the real Jesus and end up following a false god. And when the real One shows up, they won't recognize Him. Just like the Jews did in the NT.
Messiah, Christ, and Annointed all mean the same thing as far as I know.
Exactly so why does it really matter what lineage of family He was born into if He was descended from God?
If Jesus had no biological Mother and Father then he is not anything or decended from anyone, just God.
Well some might claim Mary was his real mother but he did prove through scripture he doesnt have a mother as called believers his mother over Mary.
And blessed are the breasts that nursed you, no rather blessed are they who do the will of my father.
I'm sorry but Mary was definitely Jesus' mother. He loved her, treated her, and honored her like a mother.
I'm talking biological, of course he loved Mary and Jospeh, but I think she was the same like Jospeh, both adopted parents.
