Will Dave Slayer eventually run out of questions?

Yes please tone down the nonsense questions. I don't even read your posts at this point and I've taken to only going to these forums once a week, maybe two cause to see 22 nonsense posts from Dave on the first page is a bit ridiculous and aggrivating. I'd like to actually get involved in some real discussions. No offense dave I just can't take them any more.

I have actually posted some serious threads lately. Some of my posts may appear to be silly on the surface but serious underneath. That is just my style. I have cut down on my silly posts the last few days. :yes

It's okay if you don't wish to click on my posts. I understand they can get annnoying after a while. There is a humor section and I will be posting my "off the wall" stuff there from now on. Some of my "silly posts" here are actually serious though. There are still a bunch of random posts of mine on the front page, but that isn't because I have posted a lot of silly stuff in the last few days. It is because no one else has really been posting a lot of new threads so the silly posts are still appearing in multitudes on the front page. Once people begin to post more new threads, my silly ones will begin to disappear a little. I have posted some serious threads in other sections of this forum, I don't only post in the general section.

Anyways, I am sorry for clogging up the place. I will cut down on that.

I suggest giving him his own category. That way, those of you who want to look him up can do so. And the rest of us can continue with our own projects. It is not fair that he floods the forum with non-sensical and ridiculuous subject matter that, IMHO, takes away the glory of God. And now, Dave has the glory for being the class clown. This is a serious distraction for those of us who are here to either learn or teach.

Something needs to be done. Everyone likes humor but this has gone way overboard. It's to the point where it's making a mockery of this forum.

I have posted the majority of my recent "off the wall" questions in the humor and jokes forum. Perhaps the thread "Did Jesus have a cat" was too silly to you, but it was a question out of curiousity. Look, I am not here to belittle Jesus and I am sorry you feel that way. You truly do not know my heart and I am hut you judge a book by it's cover. Ask anyone here who truly knows me and they will tell you I am a decent person who loves God with all his heart.

I have posted a lot more serious questions lately and apparently that is still not good enough. :ohwell

Consider what Christ would do; I certainly don't think He would suggest ostracizing Dave by giving him his own category/forum and separating him from the rest of us. That is manifestly unfair. If you're getting impatient with Dave, I would suggest you examine your own heart. Jesus would react with patience, graciousness, and humility; if we're not doing the same, then something is wrong with US, not with Dave.

I admit that I began to find it a little frustrating to see the constant stream of Dave's new threads when I first joined (I've only been here a little while), but my reaction only tells me something about my own selfishness. Besides, I think that Dave has begun to see himself that a torrent of trite (no offense, Dave! ) threads can become annoying - I refer to his comment on his "Dear All" thread regarding GojuBrian's spate of threads when Men's Locker opened. So please be patient and give him some time to adjust his approach.

A word to you, Dave, if I may make a suggestion. If you have a series of related questions on the same subject, perhaps just make the one thread and post them all there. I noticed that your numerous threads on tongues a few days ago could easily have been contained in just one or two.

The third choice is not fair, I'll admit. A combo of one and two would be what I choose. Dave, we have to slow it down a tad. It pushes other people's threads down too quickly and that's not fair to them.
