Will We Know Our Loved Ones In Heaven?

1 Corinthians 13:12;

This is one of many verses people use to tell us that we will know our loved ones in heaven.
But it is so vague, you have to read into it to believe this and other verses are saying this.
Is David really saying he will see his son in heaven and know him?

Are there any concrete verses in Scripture that without a doubt tell us we will see our loved ones in heaven?

What if they don't want to see us?
How does that work?

Any answers?

I posted this in an earlier thread. I read somewhere that 96% of the people interviewed who were at one time pronounced clinically dead i.e. zero brain cardio, respiratory, then later revived. Claimed to have had an out of body experience and were gathered around by their family. Some even claimed to have identified family members whom they have never met.

I found it interesting because it is written that when Abraham died, he too was gathered to his people, then his body was buried.

But I must admit very little is said in scripture concerning the afterlife. The reason it is said, is because what matters most is what we do in this life.
