Hello, My name is Nicholas Cid( aka MrIBELIEVEinGOD). I have My own Ministry on Xbox Live where I spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ with a Recent Player message with voice and text in it. Voice = "Hello wither or not you believe in God and that Jesus Christ died for our sins I would like you to know that God, Jesus Christ, and I Love You. God bless you and your family. I accept prayer requests." Text attached to Voice message reads = MTARP "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn them world, but to save the world through him." John 3:16-17?.

I post up daily videos on Youtube of Replies and Prayer Requests from the people I send messages to on Xbox Live. So far I am the only XBL Preacher and have a recording Video/Photo camera that can only hold 2 mins and 47 seconds of Recorded material. When I get a Job I will purchase more memory so I can record myself and others on XBL when I'm witnessing to them. These Witnessing sessions can be as long as 4hrs or more. I send out a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 500 or more messages a day, 1 message per a person. I have sent out more than 15,000 Messages so far and will continue.
The importance of this Ministry is that threw XBL I am able to reach Suicidal Individuals who lock themselves inside their house/apt/room and playing Video games til they starve to death and die. These people are very depressed, lonely, and feel unloved. I have come across many who were depressed and thanked me for the loving message I sent them randomly and stopped from committing suicide. God has worked wonders through this Ministry.

Xbox Live is indeed a good witnessing opportunity. Many people on there do not act in a Godly manner at all. It's always refreshing when I come across somebody who does.

What you're doing sounds great, but my only concern is that of privacy. It appears that you're displaying the contents of Private Messages sent to you on your YouTube videos. I mean, people send messages because they want it private. Otherwise they'd chat with you either in-game.

As for the ones who send good messages, I highly doubt they would mind me exposing their love for God working through his Servant. Also the reason I record the Good and the Bad is also to get people to pray for the people who send the Good and Bad messages.

Actually dude, you should read the XBox Live terms of service. They have a clause about private messaging. All it would take is one of your haters to see a video, or get linked to your video and they could report you to Microsoft. Your account could be banned for violating the ToS. What would be a good idea is to blank out the names of the people, It doesn't matter how much you think these people deserve privacy, the reality is you are putting yourself in legal trouble that can easily be prevented.

I do not believe your stance is a proper one. Christians are not to be rude. There are plenty of places to share Him. Ones that dont give us bragging rights in our own minds.

I think your heart is in the right place, and your intentions are wonderful. But I agree with reba, Nick, and Meatballsub. If you're violating rules, that's not the right way to reach people. That's not the example you want to set. Don't get me wrong. There's nothing wrong with presenting the Gospel and speaking your mind, and I tell everyone no one ever said a Christian has to be a doormat for the world. But we should go through proper channels, lest it draws negative attention, which goes against the message you're trying to send in the first place.

And like reba said, this place seems to produce bragging rights in your mind, and that's something to avoid.

I don't agree with people because people cannot be trusted. God teaches us to Trust in him and trust in him alone.

God chose this ministry for me because noone else was doing it. I did not choose this ministry. I chose to do what God called me to do.

When you join a site, you agree to abide by the terms of service--I'd honor that because that's basically my word. That's how I see it, anyway.

Owners of a site have the authority to make and enforce the rules as they see fit. On another forum I'm on you're not allowed to talk about religion or politics, unless it relates to the main subject of the forum (dogs), and from time to time some of my posts on there have been deleted for delving into these topics. That doesn't make the site communist. The rules are there because that's not what the forum is about, and those subjects cause a lot of unwanted division and debate in a community of dog lovers. The site owners decided they didn't want to deal with it, and that's their right, whether I agree with the decision or not. (There are some private Christian groups on the site made by other members that you can join, though.)

Otherwise, yeah, an xBoxlive ministry is a nice idea. I'd just be careful.

Communism threatens the freedom of People. Give me freedom or give me death. My God set me free from the chains of this world. I am no longer a slave, but a free man. I could careless about politics and the Government. Who do I aim to please, Man or God? I choose God. For if I go against God with Man then I am surely doomed. But if I go against Man with God speaking and acting through me, there is nothing I shall fear.

An alternative would be to remain (as much as possible) in peace with all men and Love God with the whole-hearted Love that He inspires all-the-while showing that Love to others (who are visible and not invisible) in the same manner that we would like others to show this to us.
