Anybody else know about this cake?
It's one of my favorite cakes. Totally not Keto friendly.
I don't put raisins in mine...but I'm not opposed to the apricot glaze.
I usually use a cream cheese frosting/filling and lots of fresh fruit to go in it. (Mango, plum, strawberries, grapes and whatever.
It's definitely different than most cakes. The rum flavored syrup bringing a moistness to it and flavor that's way outside the norm.
