Yelling into the darkness

I am glad to let you know that,
ABRAHAM saw the end of stagnation,
ISAAC saw the end of famine,
JOSEPH saw the end of imprisonment,
DAVID saw the end of Goliath,
MORDECAI saw the end of Harman,
HANNAH saw the end of barrenness,
RUTH saw the end of loneliness and above all,
JESUS saw the end of death.
So shall you and I, including our loved ones, see the end of 2018 in JESUS MIGHTY name.
Good Evening.
Shalom!

Soon coming day I look forward to Do you ?

No More Tears
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. (KJV) ( Revelation 21:4 )

God’s kindness is so beautifully illustrated in these words from Revelation. Jesus himself reaches out to wipe our eyes, to remove the heavy burden of sin and death. May we find peace in the now with the knowledge that God’s forever plan is to wipe sorrow from existence.

So, what sort of New Year’s resolution should a Christian make? Here are some suggestions:

(1) pray to the Lord for wisdom (James 1:5) regarding what resolutions, if any, He would have you make;

(2) pray for wisdom as to how to fulfill the goals God gives you;

(3) rely on God’s strength to help you;
(4) find an accountability partner who will help you and encourage you;
(5) don’t become discouraged with occasional failures; instead, allow them to motivate you further;
(6) don’t become proud or vain, but give God the glory. Psalm 37:5-6 says, “Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.”
