This is a true life story!!! A group of christians disguised themselves as antichristians and decided to visit a Church. Before they left for the task they had already prayed to God for permission on what they were going to carry out. Their prayer was that God would grant them the permission to test the faith of a particular church. They knew that most people truly can't defend Christ and Christianity when it comes to dying for the Lord. God granted them the permission. Besides it was Him that stirred the desire in the hearts of these people.
On a sunday morning, the people went to the church of their choice. It was a church with a great number of members. During the normal service, the disguised christians suddenly rushed into the church. They were carrying some guns and other deadly weapons. They fired several bullets into the air and brandished their weapons on all. This was to announce their presence and mission.
Total mayhem!!!
They took the microphone and began to adress the church in bitter and unfriendly tones. By this time the entire church was under the control of these people.
'Today,' the leader was saying, 'You people are going to die - all of you.'
They were all prostrate on the floor. Everyone shivered. Of course all Should shiver at first.
'You shall prove to us today that this God you serve is able to deliver you from my hand,' he went on talking to the people. 'However, I will set free any man or woman who is willing to renounce Christ and Christianity.'
It was clear beyond measures that it was no child's play (they all had thought).
'I want two sets of people here, one set represents the people who are willing to die for Christ, the other set represents the people who are to renounce Him and live.'
No way out - there were no mobile phones then - as we have today. No sane man would ever attack such armed men seemingly deadly.
'If you want to live, take my left; If you want to die for Christ, come over to my right.'
Under few seconds majority of the people migrated to the left. Just very few converged to the right and were excitedly in tears. They were praising God and were jubilating among themselves.
The leader asked for the pastor and the pastor stood up. He said to him:
'Death or life?'
Instantly he answered:
'I really have to live. I have to really work for God because He has commited many tasks into my hands. I need to live and accomplished them.'
After saying his nonesence he followed his left. The rest of the elders followed him. At the left of the leader were over seventy percent of the church. The rest stood for Christ: some teenagers, males and females and some other adults.
The people at the left were asked to migrate further towards a place. The condemned were made to stand. They all stood with their eyes shut and were waiting to be butchered and shot to death.
Several rounds were shot into the air. The free people shouted out of shock. The condemned shouted too in the midst of their tempest.
Suddenly the leader talked into the microphone. His voice ran across the building. Absolute change of mood! It was a tearful voice. It was a voice in agony. Everybody was alerted (probably thinking God has struck back). But the leader and his men dropped their weapons and addressed the church. He told them it was a test of faith.
How many of us outside there can really stand for Christ? How many are willing to die for Him? How many of us are still in their hypocrisy. How many of us are willing to break free from the claws of this wicked world? How many are willing to say a Jesusful YES when the majority are singing NO? How many of us are willing to say a Jesusful NO when the majority are singing YES? Do you think there is time left. Worse things are coming. Would you choose your left or you right?
THE TIME IS FAST APPROACHING WHEN THE SHEEP SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE GOATS. Your left or your right?
