that's the elements of treason ,you can't try a man or sue anyone without quoting the code they violated .

in,my,lawsuit ,the lawyer sent me a copy of me signing the credit card agreement ,the last bill due and a copy of the petition to the court stating the state statue and stared his case.

your political definition isn't treason at all
that's why no court will try what trump,wants because they know it isn't a crime like that ,a judge will toss that and no prosecutor would be bothered.

Whether Republican or Democrat we should all, as Americans want a legitimate voting outcome.

As someone who supposedly supports and defends the constitution, and as someone who is a follower of Christ, Why do you support people who purposely seek to delegitimize those results in an effort to undermine the public confidence in the institutions that make this country what it is?
