lol,when it's only,male pups .its ok .

btw we ascribe our attributes to animals .

I have watched donkeys fight over a she ass they are horrible
The reason I am asking is because we actually are responsible for ruling over them, and if we are allowing them to do the evil without enforcing moral judgment, then of course evil is going to manifest through them. I'm assuming that your friend didn't ask the dog why he did it? Didn't hold him accountable? Then he actually gave evil the right to do it uncontested. What about those people who stood there and watched the whales throwing a seal around? They just stood there and watched? You can see then that it is the humans who have the lesser moral judgment (relatively speaking).

you may volunteer to stop a killer whale from eating naturally and hunt for them In the ocean .

you may stop the bald eagle as he smashes and chokes a squirrel for a meal .
you may stop the croc or gator as they attack and drown their meal before eating them .

or how a black racer having no teeth simply beats his frog against a tree to kill it .

Yes of course I wouldn't just stand by and watch. Those things don't happen around me though... I see children crying and I always step in to help with that. Seems I'm the only one though... everyone else is happy enough to let the world descend into hell.

my friend was not allowing the dog to do it.that's money to him
You don't understand though, it is sin finding an opportunity to prevail over him because he did nothing to stop it. He just assumes that it's normal for that type of dog. The dog doesn't know any better because he's already learned that the human accepts it.

he should punish the dog,is he God that the animal will just change its nature ?
look, let me look,up the only story of a trained American crocodile ,reptiles aren't trainable.the guy after the death of that croc took its offspring raises them and they barely got close to that father croc.

a killer whale ,in the wild ,oh vey so we should teach every animal to hunt to our level of humanely excution of animals to be eat?

chicken necks are wrong or simply cut . cows are bludgeoned to death at the head .

tell me how should a bald eagle learn to use its talons to kill a squirrel with mercy ?

or how a wolf will bite into a deer to choke it or maul it to death.

first every animal would have to be captured trained to hunt as we do and their prey be willing simply be killed .

good luck

when the command to be stewards was given ,there was no carnivores, until the flood it was then it happened.

But I've seen animals decide to do good, and at times to do bad.
I agree with your post.
Having said that, you are giving an animal the ability to determine good from bad.
Animals, except for humans have no moral values. They cannot distinguish between good or bad or right from wrong. They are driven by instinct.
in·stinct
noun
“an innate, typically fixed pattern of behavior in animals in response to certain stimuli.
"birds have an instinct to build nests"

we cant even with our science save habitats efficiently ,I'm not suggesting we shouldn't rehab endangered species but defining what is natural for an animal us what it is created (programmed )by God after Noah to do is not a sin .

a domesticated dog who might kill its pup wasn't something the owner wanted just states it happens and he tries to minimize it ,pups he breds are sold and trained to be police dogs ,that's money to him .

I would say with the slaughter of millions of babies in the womb, we have lost our conscience a long time ago.

I'd say that's a pretty thin blanket statement. Though many behave as if they have no conscience is true, I couldn't say that "we" as in the people in totality behave with no conscience.

The mark of sin is a seared conscience (think cauterized), but I don't think anyone actually ever loses their conscience. Scripture has a lot to say about our conscience.

1 Timothy 4:1-4
Now the Spirit [a]expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,
2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,
3 forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.
4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; 5 for it is [b]sanctified by the word of God and prayer.../

I assume your joking ,a dog is able to bark ,conteplamate ,create and has a full language we do ?

You don't speak dog? No wonder he wont obey you, lol. Dogs speak very efficiently. Mostly body language so you gotta know what to look for.

For example, one time I was sitting there watching tv and my dog comes up to me and sets his empty food bowl in my lap. What did he just say?! I heard him clearly. He said Feed Me. So I did. So look out for that dog bowl. :hysterical

I'm not joking. "The righteous man knows the soul of his beast, but the compassion of the wicked is cruel". (Proverbs 12:10).
you really haven't owned pigs ,cows ,more attainable then dogs ,

a pig will kill dogs if they invade your property ,I have seen pigs simply over power a dog by latching unto its ear and drag them all over .

now then as my wife says ,never eat the pet .she never named her cows or future bacon .

a heffer will mourn its young if slaughtered or killed, the Italian meal is called veal its a young calf that is slaughtered .

domerstic pigs and wild boars are the same beast ,let your pet go and his cutters and wetters will grow and his skin become dark ,hair will grow etc ,they won't get like the never domesticated ones but they do change . pigs are social and not stupid .

a dog has impulses ,you can try to curb the matting instincts if he isn't neutered ,but he will if left alone and sees a birch in heat act accordingly no matter how much you "talk" to him.

that is what I think with the German shepherd .

you can eat oxen ,mule ,donkey and horse ,these are all more intelgent then a dog .

It's really sad to hear all of that. I get along much nicer with animals and they know that it's not ok to do that stuff when I'm around. Of course in absence of the ruler, they are simply flesh and easily taken captive by the lusts thereof... But the same goes for all flesh, whether humanoid or others. Relatively speaking, animals remain innocent in my view because of their submissiveness, obedience, humbleness - qualities innate to children also, that only as sin takes hold does it dare to defy reason.
