Yes, and amen.

The grace for salvation has been made available to all people of the earth.

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people, Titus 2:11 ESV

This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:3-4 ESV

thanks

The grace of God has be available to all men since Jesus was lifted up.

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. Titus 2:11

Men resist the grace of God, the Spirit of Grace everyday.

“You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you.
Acts 7:51

God's grace is available given freely to all who will accept it. Grace pardons our sin when we turn back to God and His mercy loves us as He gave His only begotten Son Christ Jesus who paid the penalty of our sin making away for God's salvation to work in us as it is given freely to all who will turn back to Him.

Eph 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Eph 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Eph 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
Eph 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Eph 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
Eph 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Eph 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Eph 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Yes, and amen.

JLB, let's look at Titus 2:11 first. The context sheds light on its interpretation. The previous verses address certain Christian groups like slaves or bondservants. And the immediate verses that follow it define who the "all" people are, only those who "renounce ungodliness and worldly passions" and "live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age." Therefore, the "all people" of verse 11 are all true Christians:

Tit 2:11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation for all people,
Tit 2:12 training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age,
Tit 2:13 waiting for our blessed hope, the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
Tit 2:14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are zealous for good works.

In 1 Timothy 2:1-6, Paul tells us to pray for all people (verse 1), that God wants "all people to be saved" (verse 4), and that the only way to be saved is through Jesus, who paid the ransom to set us free from the control and enslavement of the devil ("ransom for all"--verse 6). Since God wants everyone to be saved and Christ is the only Mediator through whom the Father saves people, why doesn't the Father save everyone? He hasn't revealed his obviously-good reason to us in the Bible. It remains a mystery, and it certainly doesn't mean that God saves everyone.

1Ti 2:1 First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people,
1Ti 2:2 for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.
1Ti 2:3 This is good, and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Savior,
1Ti 2:4 who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
1Ti 2:5 For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,
1Ti 2:6 who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.

No its not available to all men, Gods Grace is only for a remnant, a remnant according to the election of Grace. Rom 11:5-7

5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then it is no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

7 What then? Israel hath not obtained that which he seeketh for; but the election hath obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

Notice how "election of grace" in Vs 5 is called "by grace" in Vs 6

So in order to preach Grace biblically we cant hold back that is only for a remnant of mankind, and the rest of mankind is blinded or hardened.

no its not, can one resist Gods power to be raised from the dead ? Eph 2:5

5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)

Yes agreed.

Only people who renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and live upright and self controlled godly lives can expect salvation.

However this pertains to all people of the world who choose to live this way.

First, Galatians 5 says that the Galatians have left Paul's preaching of the grace that comes through Jesus because of the Father's free acceptance of us who believe and returned to believe in salvation by works, especially circumcision.

Gal 5:4 You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace.
Gal 5:5 For through the Spirit, by faith, we ourselves eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness.

Second, God's grace is his free acceptance of people even though they don't deserve his favor, which is what Mary received. Therefore, she couldn't have been "immaculately conceived."

Third, you have read the Catholic ideas into Titus 2:11 (refer to my post #5 above). Face it, the Catholic tradition adds another set of beliefs promoted by the Popes to the Scriptures that aren't in the Bible, which is the main reason I could never join such a church.
