Did you know that when you accepted Jesus into your heart that you are no longer your own person anymore! Through regeneration or Spiritual renewal you have chosen to surrender every aspect of your being to that of being a faithful servant of God. Through your respect for what God has done in your own life you have now picked up your cross to be that disciple and follow in the footsteps of Jesus.
(John 3:5-7; Matthew 16:24-28)

Through humility we have laid down our own lives, our own will and obedience to this world in exchange for Gods will in our lives and our obedience to him as we become that faithful servant that is no longer of this world, but through perseverance we strive daily through all the struggles of this world as we become loyal to the works of the Lord as he sees us through everything we face in this world.
(Proverbs 15:33; Colossians 2:23; Romans 12:1-3; Philippians 3:7-12)

We become disciples of Jesus the day we ask him into our hearts for we now can know the mind of Jesus through the Holy Spirit that teaches us all things that Jesus was and still is as a faithful servant of God and today he uses those who are faithful to him to serve others through us. We are Gods hands, mouth and feet as he works through us to reach out to others. Just as the disciples were commanded to go out into the world, we too have that same commission.
(Luke 14:26, 27 – Vs. 26 means to put Christ first; John 14:26; Colossians Chapter 3; Matthew 28: 18-20)

God will use our talents for His glory as He takes us to where He wants us to be, even if it’s only for a time and season. We can only serve others by allowing the love of God work through us to reach out to those who need hope in their own lives. We can do nothing of our own selves, but through the guidance of the Holy Spirit we can do all things that we might deem incapable of doing by allowing the Holy Spirit work through us.
(Philippians 4:13)

When Jesus says, “Depart from me, I never knew you” (Matthew 7:23) how do people not know Him. Is it enough to know the Mind of Jesus? What does it mean to invite Him into our Heart. I have problems with my heart. If Jesus was in my heart then does He heal our heart? Just what does it mean to KNOW Jesus so He does not tell us to depart from Him? How do we have a relationship with Jesus? Can we pray to Jesus the way we pray to the father?

Read John chapter 14 as this will answer all your many questions. If not we can discuss this further.

2Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Those who only have a form of godliness only giving lip service to the Lord do not know the power and authority of His name as they have no personal relationship with Him. Just because one sits in a pew every Sunday does not mean they have the love of God found in them. This is why we need to be Spiritually born again from above and indwelled with the Holy Spirit as we have taken up our cross to follow Him, John 3:7; Romans 10:9-10.

John chapter 14
In vs 14:7 7 "If ye had known me" Matthew 7:23 “Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness.’”

To know Jesus is to know the Law of God—not as mere rules, but as living truth. He is the Word made flesh, the embodiment of God’s commandments. To truly know Him is to walk in the rhythm of God’s law, fulfilled in mercy, holiness, and love.

Are you speaking about keeping all 613 Levitical laws?

The Hasidic follow the 613 mitzvot of the Torah.

Many of the 613 laws are ceremonial or temple-based—like animal sacrifices, priestly garments, and ritual purity. Jesus didn’t perform those because:

  • He wasn’t a Levitical priest.
  • He became the final sacrifice.
  • He embodied the purity those laws pointed toward.

Hasidic Judaism is a branch of Orthodox Judaism that originated in the 18th century and do not believe Jesus is the Son of God.

There are laws (commandments) of God that were especially written just for the Hebrews pertaining to the rituals of the Temple, sacrifices, festivals, Torah, Kohanim and Levites, the King and the Nazarite. Then there are the existing moral laws (commandments) for all of us to still follow as in prayers and blessings, love and brotherhood. The poor and unfortunate, treatment of the Gentiles, Marriage, divorce and family. Forbidden sexual relations, business practices, employees and servants. Vows, oaths, swearing, Court and Judicial procedures. Injuries and damages, property and property rights, criminal laws. Prophecy, idolatry and all its practices as the moral laws (commandments) keep us in line with the will of God.

Gal 3:21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
Gal 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
Gal 3:23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
Gal 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
Gal 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
Gal 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
Gal 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

What law was Jesus talking about in Psalm 119:97:
"Oh, how I love Your law! All day long it is my meditation."

Did Moses, David, Daniel believe that Jesus is the Son of God? If you believed Moses, you would believe me; for he wrote of me.”(John 5:39, 46)

My sons are named Daniel and David. My name is John, my brother is Paul. All good solid bible names.
