  • Thanks for the info for joining the group. I figured it may be a bit inapropriate for open forums, I just didnt know what else to do. My apologies.
I think you've answered your own question to some degree with this statement, "I do agree that it has gotten way off path from the original post. It wasn't my intention to take it that far, either. It just kept building up into the "monster" it did."

I think it was time for a breather to allow everyone to cool off a bit. I think what we have to remember is that we are to explore our differences in love and kindness and try to avoid letting our emotions get the best of us. Try to remain objective and not take others' comments too personally. Address and respond to the topic and avoid pointing comments at other persons directly. I often find that it helps if I write my responses in a word processor so I can read it, set it aside for a while, and read it again a few times before I actually paste it on the forums. In this way I often recognize where it would be good to soften up my responses before posting.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello WIP,

Concerning the discussion between myself and Dadof10 in the thread "Presumptive Arrogance....", I apologize if I said something(s) that were personal against Dadof10. If I did it was not my intention and I did try not to let it get personal. If you have a chance, please let me know where I stepped over the line so I will know not to let it happen again.

I do agree that it has gotten way off path from the original post. It wasn't my intention to take it that far, either. It just kept building up into the "monster" it did.

Thanks, and have a great day.

    Hi wip
Will you please make necessary arrangements for an one-on-one betweem Glorydaz and myself. This is new to me and I am unaware of what I must do for such. Thank you
    Re. Ted's rejected post:

I would like to be able to respond to Free's incorrect definitions and confusion of two different Greek words concerning John 1:1.

It is abundantly clear that he has confused the preposition en with the imperfect verb eta nu (nv) and that even his definition of nv ('was') is incorrect. I believe this error is serious enough that any Christian would want to have it corrected.

And yet, I cannot get Free to actually correct his misunderstanding, and I am not allowed to show the correction in the thread he posted it: 'Can Three Persons Be One God.'

Why am I not allowed to give examples from his own Bible, and quotes from respected trinitarian scholars?
