    OK, let me know the server name. Before you select Play, choose the server icon on the bottom left to see what server U R on. They move characters to different servers when some get to crowded, so you might be on a different one, now.

    I have four SWTOR characters greater than level 20 and still free. The game does reduce the experience gained after level 20 unless you subscribe, so it is good to save the experience boost bonuses at least until you reach that level.
