    NOT trying to be controversial, but these are the questions I joined to ask....

    Reading the Bible without..,or before..being genuinely converted is.., Not pleasant. I fell asleep often when I tried to back in the day. But… Jesus Christ opened my heart and eyes…after I was able to genuinely repent and gradually allow myself to be instructed by Christ.

    Repentance is key 🔑 to a Christian life. I remember an illustration on a reformed Christian website…maybe rc sproul… 2 lines run parallel and then one turns at a 90 degree angle 📐 and both lines continue on in their respective directions.
