    Its not really a health supplement but I've seen people in other forums asking about Lidocaine patches for back ache and I can say they work great for me.I dont like ingesting pain meds but for me some topical analgesics are very beneficial.

    Thats part of the reason ive gone years not taking certain medications that maybe I should have. For myself regular excersise helps my particular disorder as much as any synthetic medications without the dependence and possible harm to my body later in life.
